11/05/2025: Historic meeting point for friends and groups, I have personally known the owner Walter for 25 years, since I worked in Vairano. The house aperitifs are tasty and rich, with a vast choice of cocktails and fine wines. The breakfasts then...simply delicious, good coffee and exquisite cappuccino, croissants for all tastes. Definitely a stop to make... every time I'm in the area, the stop is mandatory!! Well organized and friendly staff. Prices in line with the provincial average. Obviously recommended.

12/05/2025: friendly and long-established restaurant, the specialty is fish which is cooked in the traditional way. The wine list reflects the tastes of the host and there is never a shortage of a splendid assorted fruit salad.

07/05/2025: Last night I returned with friends and we had a memorable experience. We were looked after by Rosario, who proved to be very professional, attentive and helpful throughout the evening. The dishes were simply excellent, very fresh and expertly prepared. Thanks and see you soon. I had dinner at Locanda Battisti this evening and I rate my experience as very positive. From the moment we enter, we are welcomed by a warm and familiar atmosphere that immediately puts us at ease. The food was really great and fresh. I tried the tuna tartare, which was very tasty, although I have to point out a small note: some pieces were a little stringy, but overall it was still a good experience. A special moment of the evening was when a couple was celebrating a birthday at the table next to us. With great kindness, they offered us a taste of their cake accompanied by a delicious passito wine. It was really nice to share that moment together. We were very satisfied and will certainly return with pleasure.

20/05/2025: This is IT! The taste of home can be found in Aversa Italy! Amazing breakfast items served all day! An extensive menu to provide whatever you are craving! 09/05/2025: Unforgettable experience. We celebrated my nephew's baptism and everything was perfect. Starting from the rite in the beautiful cathedral of Casertavecchia, to continue with the food and wine tour organized by Villa Hirta. This route is "a gem" that makes everything that Villa Hirta already offers exceptional. I highly recommend it. 07/05/2025: Panini caldi, pane molto buono, farciti senza parsimonia con prosciutto e scamorza, gestione famigliare in un locale che non stona, come invece tanti altri nel borgo medievale. Per dessert una fetta di crostata, io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto tra alcuni gusti prugne e noci, a giudizio di entrambi la migliore crostata mai assaggiata.

29/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale io e mia moglie e non è la prima volta che veniamo. Il locale è molto accogliente idem per il personale anche se pecca di un pò di attenzione in sala. Abbiamo provato gli sfizi e che dire tutto molto buono, poi è arrivato il panino che ci ha soddisfatto appieno. La birra è ottima quindi prendetela assolutamente!! Il prezzo è nella media. Non vedo l ora di ritornarci!!

26/04/2025: We went last night to eat a pizza and I can say that it is really good, the dough is light and the service was fast. I recommend trying their pizzas both at the table and to take away.

10/05/2025: Sunday lunch with friends. Family and welcoming environment with green spaces for children. Genuine food at a fair price. Excellent appetizers with an amazing ricotta, honey and walnuts, a must try. Caiazzane olives and home-produced honey. Highly recommended

17/04/2025: Giovedì Santo 2025 Abbiamo ordinato la zuppa di cozze indicata nel menù a 19,50€, ma al momento del conto ci siamo trovati a pagare 22€. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato detto che, in occasione del Giovedì Santo, avevano aggiunto “uno sgambo” e qualche cozza fredda in più. Non sono i 2 euro in più il problema, ma la totale mancanza di trasparenza: ogni variazione di prezzo o piatto speciale dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicata nel menù. Una pratica commerciale poco corretta. Non torneremo.
