16/12/2024: We celebrated our daughter's graduation in the evening at Villa Hirta and it was an unforgettable experience! At the beginning I was a little doubtful about the choice of menu and skeptical about the portions, but thanks to Enrico's advice everything turned out to be perfect. The food was fresh, wholesome and not only of excellent quality, but also plentiful. The guests complimented us on every course and the large dessert buffet at the end was the perfect grand finale, appreciated by all. Special thanks also go to Jessica, the wedding planner, who took care of the arrangements down to the smallest detail, fulfilling my daughter's every wish and creating a unique evening atmosphere. The villa, already beautifully decorated for the Christmas period, made everything even more special. The large Christmas tree on the edge of the wonderful swimming pool gave a touch of magic that left everyone speechless. Villa Hirta is an extraordinary location with a team of professionals who know how to make an important event unique. I recommend this structure to anyone who wants to organize an elegant and carefree party. Thanks again to all the staff at Villa Hirta for making this evening so unforgettable!

01/01/2025: A must stop in Caserta Vecchia. Small bar in the village, the lady has been preparing homemade desserts for years that are absolutely worth trying. Personally, I go crazy for its almond paste and tarts. Stop by at least for the first one, at a cost of 1 euro and a chat. But it's a ritual every time I return to the city.

17/01/2025: Last Sunday we tried to eat something but it went terribly... I specified that I am celiac and the fried foods with gluten arrived without my knowledge, after eating just one piece I had the doubt that they had made a mistake, and actually the waiter didn't he was sure having asked him, being uncertain he preferred to take the rest away and then tell me that I had ingested gluten. A total disaster, furthermore I couldn't get the pizza because unfortunately I already started to feel ill, I assume that the cashier wasn't aware of what had happened as she had politely presented me with the bill of 26 and 50 and in total they arrived at the table in one portion of chips, a portion of appetizers of only 3 pieces this time gluten-free but pitiful, and a small bottle of water and 4 bruschettas with cherry tomatoes which in the end were slices biscuits. I was sick all night, an experience never to be repeated in this restaurant Lacking professionalism!

06/12/2024: Tutto bello. Da quando si arriva a quando si va via, tutto perfetto. A cominciare dal parcheggio. Un bel giardino, belle piante curate, un bel locale, i bagni puliti e ampi, il personale gentile e disponibile e per non parlare degli ottimi antipasti di cucina locale. I primi piatti ottimi. I secondi anche. I dolci spaziali. Io vino rosso della casa una prelibatezza. Insomma io dico che ci torno presto anche se abito lontano.

03/12/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per pranzo, per festeggiare in famiglia il compleanno. Confermate tutte le aspettative: accoglienza calorosa e genuina, cucina locale con prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo optato per il menù a prezzo concordato, e non siamo riusciti a finire tutto ciò che era sul tavolo! Antipasti vari, ricchi e gustosi, bis di primi saporito e con prodotti di stagione, secondi di carne di buona qualità. Noi eravamo accompagnati dai nostri due cagnolini che hanno potuto godersi anche una bella corsa nella parte esterna. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie davvero al titolare, cortesissimo, e alle cameriere, Marika in particolare, dolce e paziente. Abbiamo raccontato la positiva esperienza e così abbiamo scoperto che altri nostri conoscenti sono frequentatori abituali. Torneremo presto per assaggiare di nuovo una cucina semplice e onesta e per pranzare al caldo de camino!

22/12/2024: Ordinato una torta di compleanno millefoglie con crema chantilly, pagata 120 euro cinque chili, è stata consegnata una torta immangiabile, la sfoglia era preconfezionata di qualità scadente, di crema chantilly manco l'ombra, panna preconfezionata colorata di giallo, al gusto solo il sapore di grassi idrogenati stantii!!!! ESPERIENZA DA NON RIPETERE, PESSIMA!!!
