15/09/2025: I playfully tried to find a flaw in this place, and... I couldn't!
Sesto Canto is spacious, elegant, and welcoming, with plenty of seating, including outdoor seating. The menu is refined yet affordable, the pizzas are truly excellent (the dough is simply divine!), and the service is quick and friendly, despite the high attendance. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.
If I return to Città di Castello, I'll definitely stop by to try the other specialties on the menu.
And if one day I end up in the Sesto Canto's infernal circle... well, at least it will have been for a pizza like this: it will have been worth it! 🍕🔥

03/11/2025: We had breakfast on November 2nd, because it was the only bar open at 8:30. We'd factored in the high price, considering the location, but the croissants, which looked like they were made yesterday, were honestly quite disappointing. The glass of white milk for €2.50 was delicious, though!

14/07/2025: Sono stata dal Pollastro e mi è piaciuto molto. Ho provato la loro pasta “poke” ho scelto la matriciana, molto buona con la pasta cotta al punto giusto e il condimento ricco e saporito. La mia amica ha preso la norcina anche per lei buona.
Ho assaggiato anche un rollè di carne con patate arrosto ben fatto e gustoso.
Il servizio è informale, gentile, l’atmosfera è semplice, senza troppi fronzoli, ma accogliente.
I prezzi sono giusti per quello che offrono.
Tornerò sicuramente per provare il pollo che è il loro piatto forte.

17/10/2024: Das Essen war weniger als naja. Fleischgerichte immer versalzen (soll man mehr trinken?) Kartoffeln zur Pute verbrannt und in Öl ertränkt.ich kann's nicht empfehlen
18/07/2024: Lugar mágico. Sin embargo, si te apetece el pescado viejo, ve por el salmón, si anhelas las plantas de zapato, te recomiendo el bistec. El baño ni siquiera tenía cerradura en la puerta. Seguramente el lugar tuvo su día de heno en algún momento. Ese punto parece haber desaparecido.
