04/05/2025: This place was recommended to us by the Handy Man in our complex....and it didn't disappoint.
Looks a little unassuming from the outside but beautifully Italian on the inside.
We were there with our two young daughters and we were really well looked after.One of our girls was over the moon with the Heart shaped pizza they made for her!
We were the only non Italians in there that night, the rest was filled with local families and friends meeting up.
Great food and surroundings, and a great team lead by Maurizio!👌
22/04/2025: A pleasant discovery in a suggestive location like Rosa Marina. La Taverna da Maurizio stands out for its attention to the customer: the staff is always present, friendly and attentive, with a thoughtfulness that really makes the difference.
The kitchen is the real strong point. The shrimp appetizer with artichokes and rocket is a very successful combination of freshness and delicate flavors. The grilled prawns, very fresh, were cooked to perfection, maximizing the raw material.
A restaurant that combines quality, care and authenticity. Recommended for those looking for a fish dinner in a quiet and refined atmosphere.

25/05/2025: Very pleasant experience, suggested by a friend we had the pleasure of dining in a familiar, clean, tidy and typical environment of a house in Puglia. The service was courteous, fast and discreet. The only flaw was the food, EXCELLENT, so you eat everything and feel guilty with yourself. Very good appetizers, tasty first and second. What can I say, I recommend it with serenity.

15/05/2025: We ate well, but one small downside: I've never drunk an Aperol Spritz cut with so much water. The bartender needs to revise his copy, and on top of that, there's the waiter Antonio who is really unpleasant, even racist, with tourists. No smile, cold face, etc. This gentleman should perhaps change jobs; he has no business being in the food industry. But the pasta was good, well done, the chef.
12/05/2025: Our food was delicious, but their attitude of forcing us to order hot drinks and desserts again and again after the meal was disturbing.

18/04/2025: Un’esperienza davvero deludente. Nessuna guida preparata, una noia pazzesca. Si parla tanto del museo delle Mummie, ma in realtà sono poche e mal conservate. Non fatevi ingannare dalle belle foto: la realtà è ben diversa. Si parla di quartiere ebraico, ma è mal mantenuto. Un vero peccato non valorizzare luoghi che, se custoditi con cura e accompagnati da guide competenti, potrebbero raccontare molto di più.

07/05/2025: Sono stato al Borgo Ducale il 26 Aprile 2025 per celebrare e festeggiare il nostro matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Ho trovato tanto supporto, organizzazione, professionalità, cordialità, preparazione ed una vasta scelta gastronomica che ha soddisfatto tutti i miei ospiti anche quelli più difficili o problematici per intolleranze e scelte alimentari personali e tutti hanno ricevuto la giusta attenzione!
Grazie al lavoro di questi professionisti abbiamo trascorso una giornata indimenticabile, il cibo tanto e davvero eccellente, oltre le mie altissime aspettative, il personale gentile e molto disponibile, la location splendida e curatissima.
Un ringraziamento speciale va alla direttrice "Emanuela" che ha saputo comprendere le nostre idee ed accontentarci, guidarci ed infonderci tranquillità anche nei momenti per noi più concitati. E' GRAZIE a questi professionisti che questa giornata è diventata indimenticabile!
09/01/2025: Siamo stati in questa struttura per la notte di capodanno, e si sa, non bisogna avere grandi aspettative in queste date particolari.. invece con grande sorpresa devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ci siamo divertiti molto e i tempi sono stati perfetti!
Dopo la cena ci siamo spostati in un’altra sala per continuare a fare festa..
Sicuramente se ci sarà un’altra occasione noi ci saremo !

20/09/2024: E' stato per me una esperienza molto valida e costruttiva con il proprietario, in quanto la mia compagna già si conoscevano. E' stato un pranzo eccellente, tutto fresco e genuino. Ritorneremo. Grazie ,Flavio e Anna
30/08/2024: Pranzo familiare in una location molto bella e caratteristica. Peccato che pulizia ed igiene sono parole alquanto scononiute. Appena arrivati servite fave fritte, olivette e tarallucci in coppette a dir poco luride. Segue un ordine, con evidente diffidenza, di un primo e tagliata. Carne mangiabile ma primo assolutamente degno della peggior mensa di Caracas. Si arriva al caffè servito in tazzina poggiata su piattino con ancora sporco del precedente servizio (con evidente macchia di caffè di cucchiaino poggiato). Si conclude il tutto con un conto degno dello scandaloso "pranzo". Più che agriturismo Ventura sarebbe da ribattezzare in agriturismo della sventura.
