05/05/2025: Once we arrive we are warmly welcomed but then the devastation begins, waiters who get the wrong table several times bringing us first pizzas and then drinks from other tables, in turn our drinks arrive on the next table (we exchanged them between us🙈🙈) Ordered a Florentine steak, no request on cooking, after about 15 minutes a hot plate arrived, I dare say more than hot because it gave off empty radiant heat. After a few minutes on an already almost lukewarm plate, the Florentine steak arrives as shown in the photo (they didn't allow us to choose it or know the weight, it costs €4.20 per pound, at least to know if they bring me a 2 kg or 1 kg one...). Meanwhile the waiters come by to bring incorrect drinks (5 times happened), every now and then the owner passes by (I presume given his age) without saying anything and bringing his hand closer to the plate to feel the temperature while we are eating. Once we arrive at the cash register we are made to pay the dish below as 13.5hg, following a complaint the weight is magically changed to 11hg. All with burrata pizza (not bad pizza), 1 can of coke and 1 liter of water €73
