05/08/2025: It's a shame about those weirdos who, for a business lunch lasting about an hour, smoke those damned, smelly cigarettes that ruin the atmosphere. Why allow smoking inside? Can't you stand to go an hour without smoking? Otherwise, the food is excellent: tasty yet light dishes, top-quality ingredients, and good cooking techniques. The service is truly excellent; we go there often for lunch. The staff is always smiling and friendly, making us feel at home. The environment is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated, with soft music that doesn't disturb. A word of advice from a smoker like me: don't allow smoking inside the restaurant!

12/10/2025: We visited this restaurant around 2:00 PM, so we knew we'd have to adapt a bit to the timetable. Overall, we ate well, in keeping with the restaurant's character. However, the experience was marred by the final bill, which was decidedly too high for what we were offered.
The waitress read a very basic menu to us, presenting it almost as a set menu, inviting us to choose between a first course and a second course. No price was indicated, nor were we shown a written menu.
When it came to the bill, however, we discovered we'd been charged as if we were à la carte.
We would have greatly appreciated greater transparency: communicating prices is a form of respect towards the customer, especially when the options are presented verbally and in a simplified manner.
It's a shame, because the dining experience wasn't bad, but the way the menu and bill were handled left us with a bad impression.

26/04/2025: Locale direttamente sul lago, peccato però che dall'interno non tutti i tavoli hanno la possibilità di godersi del panorama..piatti ben cucinato con l'utilizzo di una buona materia prima..servizio super attento al cliente..rapporto qualità prezzo leggermente sbilanciato verso l'alto....consigliato.

L'accueil très professionnel et chaleureux. On s'y est senti très bien.

18/09/2025: We were there yesterday and were thrilled. The view is amazing. 🤩 We had three courses and all were excellent. I don't really understand the bad reviews here. Maybe it was just a bad day. We would definitely go back.
Appetizer: Mussels in tomato sauce
Main course: Gnocchi with egg and spaghetti with mussels
Dessert: Tiramisu and crema Catalana 🤤👌🏻

13/07/2024: la location è indiscutibilmente splendida, sia la sala interna che il giardino. Ho cenato qui con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario e devo riconoscere che siamo stati benissimo, personale disponibile e gentile, menù onesto e cucina ottima. Mi permetto solo di aggiungere che la magia si sarebbe completata con un po' di musica dal vivo, magari piano bar, che avrebbe reso la serata ancora più coinvolgente e unica, se ci fosse stata a mio parere le 5 stelle sarebbero anche poche, perchè il ristorante avrebbe avuto il tocco in più.

08/07/2025: Sinceramente mi aspettavo molto di più per essere un ristorante stellato... Sia per quanto riguarda il menù...niente di ecclatante...anzi su una decina di piatti diversi ne salvo uno/due ...sia per quanto riguarda il servizio... troppo invadente e troppo amichevole......un maitre di un ristorante stellato dovrebbe avere un modo di fare più distaccato....dovrebbe essere cordiale, gentile, disponibile, preparato e soprattutto non dovrebbe permettersi certe battute da taverna di paese......insomma a parte la vista sul nostro bellissimo Lago di Garda sicuramente non avrei motivo per ritornare a cena al Ristorante Fagiano...non posso fare valutazioni sull'hotel perché siamo andati appositamente per cenare al Fagiano....
01/07/2025: Il ristorante Il Fagiano del Grand Hotel Fasano è molto più di una semplice cena: è un viaggio sensoriale straordinario in una cornice da sogno.
La location è impareggiabile: affacciata direttamente sul lago, con una vista mozzafiato e un’atmosfera raffinata ma mai eccessivamente formale. Il servizio è impeccabile: discreto, professionale, ma sempre attento e cordiale. Ti senti davvero accolto e coccolato in ogni momento.
Il menù è una sinfonia di sapori, equilibrio e creatività. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro, curato nei minimi dettagli sia nella presentazione che nel gusto. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e la tecnica dello chef Maurizio Bufi , che riesce a valorizzare ogni ingrediente con eleganza e originalità.
La carta dei vini è ampia e ben selezionata, con ottimi suggerimenti in abbinamento da parte del sommelier, sempre disponibile ma mai invadente.
Un’esperienza perfetta dall’inizio alla fine. Se cercate un ristorante dove vivere un momento speciale, Il Fagiano è una tappa obbligata. Complimenti sinceri a tutta la squadra per l’eccellenza offerta. Torneremo sicuramente.
