21/01/2024: On any Saturday evening, short of ideas on where to go for dinner, we turned to this restaurant by calling at the last minute and booking a table upon our arrival (approximately 10 minutes away) also asking for the possibility of parking outside. interior given the confusion of finding parking spaces on a Saturday evening.. I must say that I was surprised by the hospitality he offered! Upon our arrival we entered the hotel to head to the restaurant and they welcomed us with great hospitality, helpfulness, kindness and professionalism. The location was very clean, simple but I was very impressed and the environment was very peaceful! We sit at the table and, with all the hospitality and without haste, we order some appetizers, a first course, a second course and a dessert! The service was impeccable and quick to respond to any need, the quality/price of the food was truly excellent and the food was very, very good! I am extremely satisfied and will return more often for lunch or dinner :)

13/12/2023: Thank you very much for the wonderful evening yesterday, 12 December 2023. We met among colleagues to celebrate the Christmas holidays in the lounge next to the restaurant. The staff was very kind and organized a wonderful evening for us with a delicious dinner and music that made everything magical. We were very satisfied with your kindness and we truly spent a wonderful evening in this beautiful place.

13/07/2024: la location è indiscutibilmente splendida, sia la sala interna che il giardino. Ho cenato qui con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario e devo riconoscere che siamo stati benissimo, personale disponibile e gentile, menù onesto e cucina ottima. Mi permetto solo di aggiungere che la magia si sarebbe completata con un po' di musica dal vivo, magari piano bar, che avrebbe reso la serata ancora più coinvolgente e unica, se ci fosse stata a mio parere le 5 stelle sarebbero anche poche, perchè il ristorante avrebbe avuto il tocco in più.

02/09/2024: Conoscevo già il ristorante, (provato con lo chef precedente), così come l’hotel e rimango dell’idea che avevo già che per una struttura di questo livello e ora anche per un ristorante stellato tutto dovrebbe avere una marcia in più. Optiamo per una cena a la carte con due primi, due secondi e un dolce. Risotto buono leggermente avanti con la cottura e spaghetti con ostrica molto buoni ma porzione decisamente scarsa (60 gr ?? ma hanno reso poco). Maialino e ricciola soddisfacenti, così come dolce al mascarpone e piccola pasticceria. Amuse bouche insignificanti per gusto e companatico insufficiente (il pane non viene servito ma vengono offerti solo grissini con farina di polenta e sfogliatine con semi)…mah! Da uno chef pugliese le aspettative per il pane e soprattutto la focaccia sono sempre alte. Neanche del pre-dessert non c’era traccia. Servizio da perfezionare. Location meravigliosa con tavoli ben distanziati ma la veranda andrebbe rinnovata con uno stile più ricercato.

19/06/2024: We (two couples) dined here to celebrate the 60th birthdays of our wives. The communication with the restaurant beforehand was excellent; they enquired whether it was a special occasion - I wouldn’t normally advise, but considering they asked, I did. Having enjoyed a pre-dinner bottle of Prosecco in their bar / terrace, we chose from the a la carte menu (there are a number of tasting menus available), the choices were varied and interesting. Memorable was the risotto with burrata and liquorice. A good selection of wines were available. The service was very good with attentive, friendly staff. A surprise birthday plate for each of the ladies was a lovely touch to round the evening off. All in all a very enjoyable evening. We’ve been fortunate to dine in several “starred” restaurants, Il Fagiano’s is well deserved.

18/07/2024: Lækker mad og god atmosfære. Vi valgte den “blinde” menu og fik 6 lækre retter. Vinen var også virkelig god. Omgivelserne er vidunderlige.
