27/04/2025: Terrible service. I am a regular customer and went there with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday together. While we were eating, I stepped away for a moment to tell the waiter to bring a sweet with a candle at midnight, so as to surprise her. So far, so good. Around 11.30pm, that is, half an hour earlier, this cake arrives with the candle on top. Incredulous, I reiterate that it should have arrived at 00:00 (effectively ruining the surprise), and do you know what he replies? “I did it earlier to make the wait a little earlier.” In addition to the behavior, the response was also absurd (perhaps because they were in a hurry to close). Before I went with pleasure, after this experience never again.

17/04/2025: Hotel is quite nice. The view from the my room was breathtaking. Bacoli is beautiful. Visiting Italy as a foreigner is not easy because I had to debate with front desk to get the room I booked and paid for. Service was lacking for me but it seems like an Italian problem. Location was not ideal because the hotel didn’t have room service, the restaurant closed pretty early and we were far out and up a hill that walking anywhere was not possible. Taxis didn’t come up there often and they took a while to come when called. The hotel offered a continental breakfast. Lots of sugary foods. Overall the room is always my main concern and it didn’t disappoint me. I ask that you have a lot of patience for this experience.
