20/07/2024: Pultutto caught fire last night, it was well known on the Roman coast.
10/07/2024: We had dinner at Domus Grano, five stars for the location. Excellent pizza, excellent ingredients. The only flaw is that it's cold under the plane. I will gladly return but in spring or summer.
The location is beautiful.

This evening the only flaw was the heat.
24/08/2024: Great venue with an excellent marine atmosphere. Great food, good service, and charming restaurant and terrace. The small critique is that the menu, and service, is only available in Italian language.

04/08/2024: Pleasant and welcoming place. Young and very polite staff.
Internal, veranda and external environments for every type of taste/need.
The ale is suitable for families with children with dedicated attention.
Pizza/Pinsa: decent in all the varieties offered. Digestible and well composed.
Burger: high prices commensurate with what arrives on the table (avoid the fish burger). We can definitely do better both in the composition of the sandwich and in the quality and imagination of the ingredients used.
Dishes of the day: always pleasant but prices of a high level restaurant/location.

20/10/2024: Well, two words to describe our brief experience here: amazingly surprised!
Our party of 4 all had a very very good supper at Concorde.
Clearly and by far the best restaurant/food we ever had at a Best Western.
There was also a significant number of local people who came here to eat, which is indicative of the quality/reputation of the restaurant.
Excellent service from the staff, especially signora Simona.
Also, the breakfast was equally impressive, totally worth the 10 euros.
Do not hesitate, hoping you are as pleased as we were.

Le Colonne Restaurant

13/06/2024: This restaurant is in Hilton Rome Fiumicino, just near the airport. Had lunch and quite disappointing experience here.
The food had average quality and quite high price. Burger and carbonara each for 20 euros, chicken breast with potatoes for 26 euros, still water for 6 euros, etc. Plus, there is of course 3 euro service charge per person (for bread).
The restaurant area is large and not crowded during lunch time. However, at same time kitchen utensils are worn down.
Take also into account that Hilton members do not enjoy any discounts in this restaurant located in Hilton.
I recommend visiting other restaurants nearby or better even the airport restaurants when traveling/transiting here.
23/05/2024: Our last night in Rome before we flew back to Chicago was spent at the airport Hilton. We were delighted to dine at Le Colonne restaurant in the hotel. The wait staff was excellent (thank you Venere, Nicolo, Michele and Matteo!) and the food was truly delicious. Some of us had the homemade pasta and one had an amazing cheeseburger. All of us had tasty drinks and wine, plus the best tiramisu of the vacation!
It was the perfect ending to a wonderful trip to Italy. We highly recommend.
