06/04/2024: Excellent location with an interesting sea view and always pleasant background music. Excellent place where you can have breakfast (I recommend pankace with Bronte pistachio), have aperitifs (with a nice platter of generous pizza), have lunch (I recommend poke with tempura prawn, avocado and stracciatella) have an aperitif and dinner (excellent pizza and cold cuts platter) and spend the after dinner time.
All the food is of the highest quality.
Negative notes can be:
- parking is not easy to find in the summer season (you need to arrive well in advance);
- the service is not always impeccable (caused by staff who still need to be trained well, but I trust that with time and good will everyone will improve). Good work and congratulations

24/02/2024: After a very difficult year, we were looking for a holiday that would regenerate us especially on a mental level, and we found it here. The structure is very beautiful and comfortable, located on the hill and surrounded by greenery, from our terrace we could enjoy a wonderful view that contrasted between the sea on the horizon and the olive trees and vineyards all around. The rooms very spacious and clean. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating in always finding an alternative. Swimming pool equipped with waterfalls and hydromassage area. The excellent cuisine. With the reservation we also had an entrance to the Spa.
A structure that I recommend and will certainly keep in mind in future holidays.

05/01/2024: Il venerdí c’è il baccalà. Primo di linguine al baccalà o mezzemaniche allo scoglio. Secondo baccalà con patate. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Atmosfera tranquilla, informale. Locale nuovo.

07/04/2024: Characteristic place in an elegant and well-kept location. The staff were courteous and kind, but the real pearl is Anastasia. Professional, highly prepared, kind and nice, a girl who I immediately considered as my daughter. Well done, well done and congratulations on the management of the place.
The excellent cuisine, the artistic dishes, the cured meats and the mouth-watering bruschetta. Honest account.

08/09/2023: Essen sehr gut. Leider klappt der Service nicht ganz. Kalte Platte als Vorspeise kam relativ schnell. Brot dazu erst als wir schon fast alles gegessen hatten. Die Platte stand bis zum Ende Mitten auf dem Tisch.... Grillgemüse zu den Arrosticini kam die Spieße aber 30 Minuten nicht. Nach Nachfrage ging es nochmals 10 Minuten.... Die Nachbedtellung kam dann innerhalb von 10 Minuten.

04/04/2024: We went to this restaurant on the Saturday before Easter, it is located in the characteristic village of Tortoreto Alto, parking is easy to find, the view is very beautiful, it dominates the entire valley below until you reach the sea, the menu is very varied I personally preferred a land appetizer and a cut of meat, both very good, to spend a nice day and then have lunch or dinner with a beautiful view is optimal.

17/03/2024: Very very nice little place, very characteristic environment, as soon as you enter, it gives you the feeling of being warm. Delicious and quality food. I was there in the evening and I couldn't appreciate the view of the place. The staff were very nice, friendly and above all praise for education and professionalism. I would happily return if I pass through this area again. Compliments

22/08/2023: Dopo varie esperienze negli chalet di Tortoreto ed aver valutato le recensioni abbiamo prenotato al Solarium. Giudizio più che positivo per ambiente,organizzazione e cura della spiaggia. Oltre a disponibilità e cordialità Ettore offre una vasta scelta di deliziosi piatti da degustare in riva al mare a prezzi accessibilissimi. Consiglio anche alle persone più esigenti una visita.Complimenti ed arrivederci al prossimo anno.

22/09/2023: Ormai tappa fissa annuale per mangiare arrosticini di ottima qualità, al giusto prezzo su un panorama mozzafiato.
Sono più di 6 anni che annualmente frequento questo ristorante tipico abruzzese, con vista panoramica sul mare con acceso diretto al centro storico.
Il menù è semplice e tipico, non si ha una vasta scelta sulle pietanze ( cosa che io approvo, poche ma buone) partendo da un antipasto per 2 da 15, abbondante che comprende salumi, formaggio fritto, frittellette e una bruschetta. Poi si va all arrosticini sia di carne che di fegato, contorni vari e classici, dolci e amari il tutto accompagnato da vino o sfuso o in bottiglia che mantiene i giusti prezzi rispetto alle cantine fornitrici.
Gli arrosticini sono fatti a mano e rimangono saporiti e teneri, il formaggio fritto è eccezionale.
Eravamo 11 persone e abbiamo optato per bruschette come antipasto, 60 arrosticini di carne, 20 di fegato, contorni, una bottiglia di vino, 8 bottiglie di acqua, caffè e dolci il tutto per 22 euro a testa, più che onesto devo dire per i tempi che corrono. Un 10 pieno al personale gentile e simpaticissimo, che mette subito a proprio agio i clienti, proponendo le giuste quantità sulle porzioni.
In conclusione, una tappa obbligatoria per gustare un ottimo arrosticino e godere della bellezza di Tortoreto.
