14/09/2025: A surprising little hotel. Clean, very close to the historic center, with many rooms overlooking the sea. The glass terraces allow you to enjoy the view. There's a pool, and the breakfast is varied and fresh. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, perhaps more suitable for a weekend getaway, like in my case, than a week at the beach. A small detail: we even had a window in the bathroom with a sea view. Great. You can't hear the train, and the road separating the hotel from the beach is quiet because it's closed. The staff is courteous, and the gentleman on the night shift who welcomed us was extremely thoughtful and careful in finding us a safe place for our motorcycle. This courtesy is appreciated but not required. I recommend this hotel for a nice weekend.

22/09/2025: First the positive thing: as we got to The beach a little after noon we only had to pay 10€ for an umbrella & two chairs. That's it as far as positive goes. An hour later we became hungry and went to the restaurant. An hour after that we left the restaurant still hungry, ignored by the staff and not happy at all. Ok, it was Sunday afternoon and there were a couple of larger groups having lunch (having what looked like delicious seafood). As for us and a few other people: no service until a busy waiter came to us after an hour to tell us there weren't anything left for us to eat (there were some meat foods which we didn't come here for). This was news to an Italian couple next to us as we'll - they had probably been waiting even longer than us and had managed to order drinks (which we had not because the staff kept ignoring us). So: we love the Pineto beach but this place - never again.

11/10/2025: Raniero, who runs this charming agriturismo with his wife and daughters, welcomes guests with warmth and friendliness, delighting them with typical Teramo specialties, expertly prepared with flavor and simplicity. Themed evenings are very popular, especially the one dedicated to cod. Yesterday, to save us a trip to Munich, he tried his hand at pork shank in beer with sautéed turnip tops (a touch of Italian flair), accompanied by potato and onion fritters, fried onions, black beans and speck, mashed potatoes, and apple strudel. A success... The shanks were superb, exceptional, and plentiful. Paulaner beer chilled at just the right temperature. Raniero and Sabrina, THANK YOU!!!

12/09/2025: Sofia and the entire staff were top-notch! I don't understand the other negative reviews I've read. So don't trust them, because the Felicioni beach resort is worth a visit. From the very beginning, she proved to be friendly, helpful, and child-friendly (mine was particularly happy). We ate on the beach just before returning to Tuscany; everything was delicious and the portions were generous. I recommend it, especially to families with small children.

They don't honor that discount. They left out part of our order, but charged you the full price. • 2 × Crocchè = €5,00 • 2 × Supplì = €5,00 • 1 × Diavola = €2,00 • 1 × Patate e salsiccia = €2,70 5,00 + 5,00 + 2,00 + 2,70 = €14,70 −20% €11,76 We paid 14,16€!!! We originally ordered two "Devils." They counted them, but only sent one. They didn't refund our money. They only apologized.

The cuisine is superb: traditional dishes made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. A true haven where you can recharge your batteries. Highly recommended!
