28/02/2026: Taverna del Mare has long been a guarantee of quality at a fair price. In my opinion, it's the best seafood restaurant in the area. The raw fish is also excellent, and the staff, including the owners, are always very helpful and friendly. Rating: 10/10

I ordered a cake with cream, strawberries, custard, and puff pastry. It was not only incredibly light but also absolutely delicious and beautiful! My guests complimented me on the cake. Highly recommended!

22/02/2026: Really disappointing meal
The mananager started by berating staff in front of the whole restaurant. I was the served stone cold fish. It took them over 10 mins to react once I told them. They then bought a hot plate for me to heat my own fish. They eventually sent it back to the kitchen to reheat which came back with the sauce a concealed mess.
Could have been fantastic if the manager new how to run a restaurant.
Big disappointment.
24/01/2026: Passion in the kitchen always pays off.
We had lunch at this restaurant, choosing it from the Michelin guide.
In the kitchen, a very young, highly skilled chef, driven by his love for cooking.
The dishes are a feast for the eyes and the palate.
The entrees and pastries are sublime and offered on the house.
Gluten-free options are available: for my wife, who is celiac, they prepared a risotto off the menu.
We'll be back as soon as possible.
In the dining room, his mother is very professional and kind.

06/09/2025: Terrible ice cream that tastes like nothing, ridiculous names that you don't even know what flavor it is. The atmosphere is really sad. The ice cream menu is a relic from the '80s.

02/12/2025: It's the bar where my grandfather had breakfast when he went to the market on Saturdays, and where he always took me for a croissant. Now I go alone, but every time I go in and see Signora Mariannina, memories flood my mind. The place has clearly undergone a makeover, but for me it remains the bar in Pineto where I've always gone, and will always go.

I'm writing as a regular customer at the beach club, referring to Ms. Ornella's review, which I carefully read. By pure coincidence, I was present during the Ferragosto lunch in the pine forest. I read your review and, while I understand your disappointment, I'd like to comment simply to share my perception of the incident you mentioned.
I also witnessed the scene, but honestly, it didn't seem that serious: the middle-aged gentleman—a member of the staff—was calmly giving the young man directions, without shouting or cursing. In fact, it seemed to me that the young man wasn't acting appropriately toward the gentleman.
Of course, everyone's perspective is different, but I felt it was right to share another perspective, with the utmost calm and with the sole purpose of clarifying the situation.

Lido Il Gabbiano

14/01/2026: After many years, the Lido Gabbiano in Pineto has changed management. As I always say, I have stomach problems, and last summer I felt sick even at places where I usually had a good time. One of our last nights we went to the "Gabbiano" and I have to say we had a great time. My husband had mussels, pasta, and mixed fried fish, while I, who have to be more careful, had gnocchi and fresh tuna. I also tried the chips. The tuna was delicious, and the gnocchi were soft, whereas in that area they're usually a bit gnocchi. My husband also had a great time. If we return to Pineto, we'll definitely go to the "new" Gabbiano.

01/03/2026: Historic bar! Excellent management! Quality always comes first! Aperitifs with organic wines and freshly prepared appetizers. Valter Stefania and Fanny, the owners, are always kind and helpful. Homemade ice cream, as well as pies and parfaits made with love!
