24/03/2024: Excellent stay to restore body and soul. No traffic, no noise, no confusion, just nature close at hand, this year already in full bloom between the sea that can be glimpsed down there (8 km as the crow flies, about 16 by car) and the mountain groups of Perna and Gran Sasso which make a beautiful display up there. All to say that I really liked the place: simple but elegant, and above all comfortable and clean. For a farmhouse in the open countryside, I was really surprised by the cleanliness: I didn't see a cobweb or a gecko poop. And our room (with a magnificent, enormous terrace available) was an attic in the fashion of the times: 3 meters high on the window side, but about 6 meters on the inside. The chandelier, clean as if it were new, was 4 meters high. Only she knows how Mrs. Enza manages to clean everything like this. Among other things, always with a big smile on him and an incredible discretion: he is always there but you never see him until you need something. Then you don't have time to lift a finger before you miraculously find her next to you, smiling, with her "Here I am, just say it!". Enza was a very pleasant person, and not (I say NOT, let's be clear) because of her extraordinary tarts... which in any case, since we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves 😆 The residence also has a swimming pool: not very large in truth, but adequate for enjoying a day of summer rest when there is chaos at the seaside. The only question mark to reflect on is that the place is very isolated. The best for my taste, but if you love shopping during the day and dancing at night, it's not for you. Excellent breakfast, but in the evening we always went around the villages (there are several in the surrounding area that are worth it) and had dinner out. We have never had lunch or dinner at the Locanda, and therefore I cannot give evaluations on the cuisine. Where, however, there is a chef who is spoken highly of in the surrounding area.

The swimming pool is quite large and has umbrellas and sunbeds, the possibility of having an aperitif while sunbathing and friendly staff.
