I had three biscuits left over and it seemed bad to throw them away. I asked to put them in a bag. Non parlerò dei piatti perché vanno degustati ma è importante dire che la qualità delle materie prime è la base di partenza...poi Paola, la Chef, come per magia crea l'alchimia nel piatto...il risultato è che le papille gustative sono in festa dall'inizio alla fine! Un plauso quindi a Claudio per la dedizione assoluta al servizio di sala, ad Alessandro per l'educazione, la professionalità e la bellezza della sua gioventù e dulcis in fundo a Paola che è a tutti gli effetti Lume Bistrò.
