02/02/2026: There are many types of cuisine, but Chef Pierluigi's cuisine at Don Evandro is an act of love. Love for the land, love for the raw materials, which are enhanced in every way (we drank a cocktail with onion extract that was a revelation), love for culinary art and technique, and love for his guests. We had the pleasure of tasting so many different dishes, combining tradition and innovation, transforming "a simple onion" into a masterpiece, bringing "chitarra" with crayfish to the table with a sauce that is truly a distillation of flavors, blending earthy roots with freshwater flavors. All this was topped off by Eugenia's kindness and warmth, which made us feel welcomed and at home in a minimalist yet meticulously maintained setting. If cooking is an act of love, you just need to trust and be guided, with an open mind and a palate ready for an experience to remember.
29/01/2026: Don Evandro was an excellent fine dining experience. The food was excellent, sourced locally, and cooked/presented in a way that highlighted the ingredients and flavours of the local region. The staff were friendly and despite the formality of the dining experience, I found myself to be quite comfortable.

05/03/2026: Everything was extremely high quality. The arrosticini were worthy of the place we're in, and the first course portions were truly excellent. The quality was top-notch, and the ricotta was incredibly fresh. A must-visit if you're in the area. Excellent

13/07/2025: La cameriera ha sempre ragione !Da cliente mi sono permessa di chiedere dopo più di mezz’ora d ‘attesa di poter ordinare, risultato cameriera infastidita rabbiosa e dispettosa.
12/07/2025: Porzioni misere, ma sopratutto la cameriera più antipatica del mondo. Lei una ragazza mora con i capelli lunghi tra i 20 e 25 anni. Scontrosa, burbera, maleducata. Ragazza, se nn ti piace cambia lavoro.

11/08/2025: Sconsiglio questo ristorante, soprattutto per l'atteggiamento dei camerieri, davvero antipatici e sgarbati con il cliente. Sono stata con degli amici a cena e abbiamo trovato un servizio passivo aggressivo, e cibo nella norma, nulla di eccezionale (anche se la picanha che ho ordinato era praticamente bruciata).
03/05/2025: Posto nella norma, niente di particolare. Camerieri gentili. Per il mangiare c’è da dire che i primi non erano niente di che (tortelloni ) pasta leggermente dura. Il problema è stato vedere sul menu gli arrosticini con l asterisco di surgelati. In Abruzzo non si può sentire (però non erano male, molto saporiti)

14/08/2025: We stopped on Saturday, August 9th, for lunch on our way out of vacation, and we had a really good time.
The arrosticini were the best I've ever eaten.
Fast service, a well-kept restaurant, and the price was fair.
It's a shame it's so far from home.
