22/10/2024: Truly a head-turning restaurant! The welcome, the perfect taste of the dishes, the freshness of the products (I ate some excellent raw dishes!) and the speed of service make this place one of my favourites! I will happily return here especially because it has an excellent quality/price ratio!
Ps: not to mention the desserts! They are delicious!

21/12/2024: Not recommended, it ruined my evening on our menu there were ravioli with ragù (the ragù is made with beef, not with sheep meat) a total disgust, then with €38 we ended up with 2 ravioli each.. better not comment anymore.......

26/01/2025: A very well known and appreciated place in the area, in fact we went on the advice of local friends as we were in the area. Large, tastefully furnished room, including a glassed-in space with a view of the hills in front. Dishes cooked with experience and appropriate service. Allow me to suggest some new glasses as the abrasions and wear from washing in the dishwasher are noticeable.

23/09/2024: A surprise! Discovered by chance during a weekend in the Abruzzo hinterland, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness even though we hadn't booked and even though it was Sunday lunch.
A real country trattoria, the kind you don't believe still exists and then by chance you find them!
We tasted some exquisite Abruzzo specialties (pallotte cac'e ova, lamb coratella, cif ciaf, lamb cac'e ova), presented as hot starters, and some good first courses (ravioli with sauce and fettuccine with mushrooms), washed down with a good cherry on the house. We couldn't do more, given the abundance of the portions. Excellent prices

01/01/2025: We had dinner here for New Year's Eve dinner. Young, kind and knowledgeable staff. Excellent cuisine, fun entertainment. An experience recommended and to be repeated.
13/09/2024: I was there on September 1st, first of all the mosquitoes ate me, the food was good, but not exceptional, I bought the white beans from the tavo and the chickpeas, the beans cost 8 euros half a kilo, (no complaints about the price) but one expects a top quality product. Last night I soaked them and I realized that it was the 2023 production, when by now there should already be wuelli from 2024. This morning I put them to cook following the instructions, just before boiling I started making noises, but they were I know a lot of skins (but really a lot) it had never happened to me with beans, I eat them for lunch and I really want to see if the flavor is like the ones I ate there.

26/07/2024: Stavo percorrendo il meraviglioso "Cammino d'Abruzzo" con amici, e la Casina Rosa è convenzionato con il Cammino.
Non ho parole per esprimere l'accoglienza, la meraviglia della stanza, la cena sublime, la colazione da sogno. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, trattati come re! Grazie a tutto lo staff, grazie per accogliere i viandanti del Cammino! Posso solo augurare a tutti di poter soggiornare in una località come questa, attenta ad ogni dettaglio! Meritate non 5 ma cinquantamila stelline! Grazie di cuore
