15/01/2025: Suggestive spacious environment suitable for all eventualities, located under another road passage, fantastic pizzas and let's not talk about the first courses, I won't list them because there were six of us and we each ordered a different first course and each of us was satisfied, personally, gnocchi with truffles, all really good as well as the tomato stew and the 50 sheep's kebabs, very good local specialties, homemade desserts like tiramisu... I highly recommend trying it to believe it

Nice place, discreet service,
But the food was terrible
Skipping the appetizer, good, but nothing exceptional
We took the hand-made Arrosticini of both sheep and liver, most of them raw inside
And we had to send back the tiramisu which was sour and inedible, so much so that the owner apologized confirming that the tiramisu had had a problem and she remade them at the moment, but they were improvised, two simple Pavesini, a little cream and cocoa powder, anonymous, they tasted of nothing
He could have saved them, all he had to do was not make us pay for them and instead they made us pay for them too
I don't think I will return

23/09/2024: A surprise! Discovered by chance during a weekend in the Abruzzo hinterland, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness even though we hadn't booked and even though it was Sunday lunch.
A real country trattoria, the kind you don't believe still exists and then by chance you find them!
We tasted some exquisite Abruzzo specialties (pallotte cac'e ova, lamb coratella, cif ciaf, lamb cac'e ova), presented as hot starters, and some good first courses (ravioli with sauce and fettuccine with mushrooms), washed down with a good cherry on the house. We couldn't do more, given the abundance of the portions. Excellent prices

01/01/2025: We had dinner here for New Year's Eve dinner. Young, kind and knowledgeable staff. Excellent cuisine, fun entertainment. An experience recommended and to be repeated.
13/09/2024: I was there on September 1st, first of all the mosquitoes ate me, the food was good, but not exceptional, I bought the white beans from the tavo and the chickpeas, the beans cost 8 euros half a kilo, (no complaints about the price) but one expects a top quality product. Last night I soaked them and I realized that it was the 2023 production, when by now there should already be wuelli from 2024. This morning I put them to cook following the instructions, just before boiling I started making noises, but they were I know a lot of skins (but really a lot) it had never happened to me with beans, I eat them for lunch and I really want to see if the flavor is like the ones I ate there.

Primi scadenti con abbinamento di gusto fuori luogo ..zucca + sugo di capretto .. dolce su dolce pessimo
Dessert indecifrabile biscotto secco con una cremina indecifrabile ..
Assenza totale di un fritto di un panettone ed un prosecco per un Brindisi ...ciliegia sulla torta
Caffè alla moca servito freddo

08/12/2024: Villetta in campagna molto carina, circondata dalla natura, giardino curato, bella vista sui monti, ottima location un po' appartata ma facilmente raggiungibile, accoglienza splendida, gastronomia di ottimo livello, molto superiore a quella degli agriturismi e delle piccole trattorie, qui si serve in tavola l eccellenza, sia per le materie prime di produzione propria sia per l indubbia capacità culinaria, il solo tavolaccio di salumi è formaggi per antipasto vale il viaggio... e Che dire dei cappelletti in brodo di cappone o degli gnocchetti alla fonduta di gorgonzola di pecora o del gallo al forno mantecato...
Tutti piatti cucinati con arte e passione, di ristoranti come questo in Abruzzo oggi se ne contano pochini in giro, e a costi ben superiori... Un difetto? Forse l eccessiva lentezza nella preparazione delle pietanze, che non sono precotte ma preparare a mano all' istante, ma in considerazione del ridotto personale di cucina, i tempi per un pasto completo possono superare il paio di ore, percui se posso permettermi, consiglierei di ridurre il numero delle pietanze offerte che sono davvero tante
