02/03/2025: I don't think I've ever eaten better than at Guado della Valle in my entire life. 5 stars are not enough as few words to describe the wonderful flavor of each dish. We were there in November and the place was warm and welcoming with the fireplace lit. The staff were very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend!
01/03/2025: A typical restaurant in the heart of Abruzzo, which tastes precisely of this land.
The scamorza with mushrooms and truffle is fantastic, the first course based on pappardelle with meat sauce is excellent, while the trout is a little simpler, nothing sensational.
Overall a good and beautiful place to savor the goodness of typical products.

28/12/2024: Eravamo di passaggio ed affamate con un cane di 43 kg a seguito.
La signora ( di cui non conosco il nome ) nonostante avesse paura dei cani , ci ha fatte accomodare .
Abbiamo ordinato polenta e contorni , tutto buonissimo soprattutto la zucca arrostita ( era sublime ).
La gentilezza del personale coadiuvata dalla bontà del cibo fa di questo posto una sosta perfetta !

03/11/2024: Pizzeria un po’ inusuale alla nostra pizza napoletana.
Pizza fatta nel ruoto , pasta tipo focaccia alta e leggera , poco lievito e buona.
Offerta gratis è gradita del suo liquore genziana abruzzese.

31/08/2024: Il signor Antonio è l’anima del locale. Si occupa di preparare le buone pizze e anche di intrattenere con simpatia i clienti. La pizzeria è un posto accogliente, con atmosfera familiare. Menù poco vario, ma molto apprezzabile. Consigliato!
