I've always been a satisfied customer at this place, with excellent food and good service. However, tonight I called to warn them of a possible delay due to lack of parking (we'd already been driving around for 30 minutes trying to find one), and was greeted with a sarcastic/arrogant comment along the lines of, "What do you want, for us to send you a plane?" This really threw me off, and I'll think twice before returning. I found this behavior unprofessional.
