Delicious dinner in a super place in the center of Foligno. All the soups are worth trying and the tasting menu is recommended. Very friendly staff!!! I would go back

What can I say, a unique idea that was truly successful. Everything was excellent and delicious, impeccable service! Oh, and super reasonable prices. Attention to detail from the aromas and smells that garnish and flavor the fresh dishes that are picked at the moment to the daily menu change. (Printed on sheets that change every day, not by everyone). What can I say, if you are in these parts, in my opinion it is a must-see.

A hidden soup place and you are lucky to have found it. Don't look for anything there other than the crunchy brustichini, the fresh soups and the DOC wines, accompanied by nice music and kind service. Also the place is very cool and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Discreet, nice and welcoming place. Very kind and helpful from the owner who suggested places to visit in the surroundings even printing a list of places. We had a great time and returned a second time. If only there were more people so attentive and caring towards customers. The soups are prepared like grandmas did. Also be careful about gluten free with specific bread. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Locale molto caratteristico, vicino al Centro di Foligno. Menu di sole zuppe che variano durante la settimana, cucinate in modo veramente squisito, bella l'idea di poterne assaggiare più di una, in porzioni ovviamente ridotte. Bruschette offerte in accompagnamento molto saporite, buona scelta di vini umbri. Titolare molto gentile e disponibile, personale attento e servizio veloce. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente.

With my partner we chose a formula that included tasting different types of soup present in the menu of the day... Chickpea and cuttlefish soup, Colfiorito lentil soup, barley soup, bean soup with onions and pork rinds, tomato soup... All preceded by spectacular hot bruschettas with the wonderful oil from these parts and washed down with an excellent Montefalco red... To finish with memorable homemade tozzetti and excellent passito... An expense that not even in a pizzeria in a characteristic and cute environment, warmed up even more by the warm welcome... Congratulations indeed for the philosophy and courage to propose such an unusual formula and above all for the quality of the raw materials and the goodness of what is offered at Zupperia - Foligno, which will certainly be a point of reference when we have the opportunity to return to this splendid town 😍
