The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert.
The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website.
I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve.
I had beans and pork rind... incredible!
I'll definitely be back!

It was a cool, wet day and soup was the perfect food.
The Zupperia has a great selection of soups accompanied by crisp, buttery, and garlicky bread.
My Kale and Cannelini bean soup was hot and steamy, perfectly cooked with soft kale and creamy beans in a rich broth.
The Garbanzo and Pasta soup was thicker and just as tasty.

First time here, and I have to say, it's truly EXCELLENT!! Simplicity, but so much quality.
You can sample 2/3 soups for €5.50 each.
One small suggestion: perhaps the lack of something tasty as an appetizer (typical cold cuts or some kind of bruschetta), but.... Zupperia is!! Top marks!

I was so excited to find that Foligno has a restaurant specializing in soups, that I just had to visit! A simple yet delicious and cost-effective concept, I was pleased that they had an option to choose 2 or 3 smaller portions in order to taste more than just 1 soup, because I just couldn't decide! I had a pasta & ceci soup, and a lentil one, and my sister went for two fishy ones. I also loved the complimentary local olive oil bruschette and croutons. Hearty, flavorsome, nutritious and varied, I would come back again and again if I lived here!

This is a very cool place, medieval old soup restaurant, selling a menu of only soup.
Quirky, if you're in the area it's definitely worth a visit, it's not expensive and the house wine is awesome.

We chose to stop in Foligno based on the good reviews... I can confirm it's EXCELLENT!! To try more than one soup, you can get half soups for €5.50... we tried chickpeas and shrimp, beans with pork rind, potatoes and cod... all three were truly excellent!! I'd happily go back! The owner is very kind and the place is lovely! Must try!
