Zuma Restaurant In Roma

Loved the food — same top-level quality as Zuma in London and Dubai. Fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and perfectly executed dishes. I only tried the restaurant (not the lounge or bar), and it didn’t disappoint. Surprisingly, the price is quite reasonable compared to other Zuma locations. Service was fast, efficient, and professional, and the team kept everything running smoothly. The atmosphere leans chic and energetic, with cool electro music that subtly builds the vibe — perfect if you're heading out after dinner. Great spot to start your night in Rome. Tip: Book ahead for dinner — it fills up fast, especially on weekends.

More panoramic than gourmet experience. It's worth going there to admire the superlative view from the terrace....for the food, well: more of an "optional" than anything else....Very friendly staff, good starter snacks. It's a shame for the wait of over half an hour for a dark chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, with servers on top of a visibly chipped saucer: a fall in style for a place that presents itself at the height of elegance.

Beautiful rooftop in the center of Rome, we had an aperitif during the sunset, good food and excellent cocktails, super welcoming staff, Vasil is really a helpful and kind person Beautiful location congratulations!

The place deserves the reputation it has, the food was excellent and the prices were fair for the quality of the food. The waiters were kind, the girls at the reception less so! There is a fair selection at the entrance. Advised!

Beautiful location, excellent food and impeccable service. Japanese fusion with open cooking, ranging in both fish and meat. I often had aperitifs and I always had a good time, cocktails on average around 20/25 to add finger food to the menu

The restaurant is Japanese and its atmosphere is very beautiful, especially at sunset. We were met at the door by a nice Egyptian employee who welcomed us in Arabic. We ordered sparkling water with lemon and mint, gyoza, edamame, and sushi with vegetables, then we finished with their most famous dessert, chocolate pudding. The food was delicious, especially the sushi wins over all the dishes. As for the gyoza, there is nothing wrong with it, so order it again, and as for the dessert, it is the king of the table. Delicious, delicious, delicious. The total value of the bill is approximately 64 euros, and the most expensive dish is of course the sweet, followed by the gyoza. Note: The restaurant requires reservations.

Il locale è posto in un bel palazzo nella zona dello shopping di Roma, bella la terrazza. L'arredamento non ho ben capito cosa voglia rappresentare, lo trovo poco caratterizzante. Il cibo niente di speciale, conto alto.

Location spettacolare, punto! Nel cuore di Roma si affaccia su via dei condotti e si scorge trinità dei monti in fondo. Il servizio è sicuramente di livello, accoglienza con guardaroba, accompagnamento al tavolo… i tavoli sono un po’ troppo ravvicinati, la privacy è a rischio. Il menù è in linea con il locale ed i prezzi lo stesso, quindi aspettatevi un conto salato se non salatissimo. La bontà dei piatti però non è sempre adeguata, alcuni davvero buoni altri meno, i gamberi rossi in pasta kataifi ed i ravioli al merluzzo nero da rivedere assolutamente per esempio. Noi abbiamo cenato al quarto piano, nel ristorante, consiglierei la terrazza solo nei periodi caldi perché facendo un giro ho sentito parecchio freddo nonostante le stufe. Tornerò da zuma? Non lo so, a certi prezzi forse c’è di meglio!
