We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary at Zuma, the food was delicious and the staff are professional👏 I really recommend to try the "spicy beef tenderloin with sesame"

Kept waiting way too long after being seated - not even an acknowledgement or a water for almost 15 minutes. Although the Sommelier was very good, the rest of the male staff acted aloof and casual, though the ladies were better. Delicious food and not bad value though, so we'd come again. Room was pleasant but not memorable - maybe being part of "Fendi" made our expectations higher but this didn’t feel like hospitality.

The top of the top. Beautiful location: a terrace overlooking Trinità dei Monti where you can taste top-of-the-range wines, spirits and cocktails accompanied by top-quality appetizers with an incomparable view. It is possible to have dinner on the terrace (with a reduced menu). Dinner (full menu) is served on the floor below: meat, fish and vegetable specialties (cooked and/or raw) served in extraordinary "fusion" combinations. Absolutely unrepeatable food and wine experience. Professional, helpful and courteous staff able to guide you in choosing good food and drink. Naturally, a dress code that is up to the standards of the customers and the venue must be respected. Excellent value for money. I have to say it surprised me. I was expecting a nice place but more in form than substance. Instead, very high quality food with excellent taste, except for personal taste, of a mixed fish roll with various herbs. Excellent selection of wines/bubbles. Impeccable Service and a relaxing, welcoming and at the same time worldly atmosphere with beautiful music in the background. I don't give 5 stars to the food only for that roll and the environment for the view which I expected to be super. Overall really a place to try at least once.

Location spettacolare, punto! Nel cuore di Roma si affaccia su via dei condotti e si scorge trinità dei monti in fondo. Il servizio è sicuramente di livello, accoglienza con guardaroba, accompagnamento al tavolo… i tavoli sono un po’ troppo ravvicinati, la privacy è a rischio. Il menù è in linea con il locale ed i prezzi lo stesso, quindi aspettatevi un conto salato se non salatissimo. La bontà dei piatti però non è sempre adeguata, alcuni davvero buoni altri meno, i gamberi rossi in pasta kataifi ed i ravioli al merluzzo nero da rivedere assolutamente per esempio. Noi abbiamo cenato al quarto piano, nel ristorante, consiglierei la terrazza solo nei periodi caldi perché facendo un giro ho sentito parecchio freddo nonostante le stufe. Tornerò da zuma? Non lo so, a certi prezzi forse c’è di meglio!

Very underwhelmed. Went for a birthday. Told the waiter there was an allergy. The dessert had the allergic item on it. He said oh yeah oh well just don’t eat it. Smallest of portions. Very rushed. Service was not good, food was average. Zuma Miami was sooooo much better. Save your money don’t go here.
