Last minute group, (all hungry as wolves) did not intimidate the very sweet and good owner at all: Various appetizers of cured meats, cheeses, seafood and many mixed salads with tomatoes. Very generous first courses of typical Roman cuisine: cacio e pepe, amatriciana and carbonara, all served with excellent still white wine, fresh from the house. But that's not all... Grilled fresh fish served on a mixed salad and equally mixed fried fish, with cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Excellent also the coffee at the end of the meal and the touch of class always from the FANTASTIC OWNER, who after the bill showed up at the table with some invigorating and well chilled limoncello, which concluded as GOD COMMANDS, this SPLENDID ROMAN CULINARY EXPERIENCE. Gastronomic experience worthy of 10 and praise. Ambience and welcome worthy of 10 and praise. Service and courtesy 10 and praise. Owner and Staff 20 and praise, plus a kiss on the academic forehead! Ottimo ristorante , accogliente , gestito da delle persone speciali e uniche . Forno a legna con il pizzaiolo fantastico. I primi da paura dal TONNARELLO ai frutti di mare agli gnocchetti gamberi e limone. Il sabato karaoke con Max e tutti cantano . Lo consiglio vivamente
