Zona Franca In Varese

The food is nothing short of spectacular, so good that, I'm not kidding, I dream about it every now and then. The desserts are among the best I've ever tasted. There are simple and traditional dishes but some of these are revisited in a vegan or vegetarian way, to be accessible to everyone. They also produce artisanal tofu and tempeh. The place is simple and easy-going, it feels like being at home. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. It's important to say that there is no written menu, you eat what was prepared that day but the choice is varied. I will definitely return!

Adoro la cucina vegetariana, e in questo locale l'ho trovata interpretata alla perfezione. Ho gustato diversi piatti - dal carciofo ripieno ai falafel con la salsa di yogurt, dalla verza con noci e melagrana alla torta di mandorle e carote: tutto assolutamente squisito. L'atmosfera del locale, rilassata e informale, con la cucina a vista come cuore pulsante, fa anch'essa la sua parte. Ci si sente come a casa. Compresa la possibilità di portarsi appresso i cani, accolti anche loro con piccole premure che fanno la differenza. Dieci e lode!
