I've known this place for several years, first it was a food truck and then they transformed into a welcoming place with genuine food and fair and balanced combinations.
They were also excellent during the COVID period: with home delivery menus with fair prices and guaranteed quality, they lightened the heavy days of quarantine.
The staff, although changed, is always made up of kind and helpful girls and boys. Praise for the pastry chef, who I hope hasn't changed, was truly unsurpassed (I remember during the COVID menus a creamy one with sheep's milk, chocolate and crunchy biscuits which was divine).
The only thing that has changed is increasing more and more: the prices! I don't want to question the quality, nor the effort put into the recipes, but €20 for a plate of ravioli, even if handmade, seems a bit much to me... so if you don't want to spend a fortune, you can't also order the second course or dessert, and that's a shame..

At Zibo you feel at home, eating in a creative but concrete way at the same time.
The place is very nice with attentive and kind service.
We started with the tapioca, spinach and parmigiano reggiano pancakes: rustic, interesting. Hints of buckwheat which, combined with the fat of the cheese, vaguely reminded me of the flavor of Valtellina sciatt. Spinach which instead gave more color than taste.
Their ravioli are famous as first courses, which are a real carbonara candy: nice firm pasta, right flavor of the filling, crunchy bacon. Absolutely worth trying.
Risoni (with sausage, beans and red wine base) is good but it is the dish that surprised us the least. The least impactful of all.
The desserts are masterpieces:
Montebianco: balanced dessert, between the sweetness of the chestnut and cream and the bitterness of the brownie.
Catalana: dessert worth 10, spectacular creme brulee with robiola. Almond brittle that gives consistency and reduction of coffee and liquorice to give boost.
An experience that I would recommend to those who want to explore an original cuisine, the result of those who have studied to ensure that corners of taste of this type exist.

A very nice, quiet and welcoming place.
Hidden from the main streets and with small tables, it is ideal for lunch in a small group or alone.
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and passionate.

Cozy and informal environment, service characterized by kindness and speed, with a choice of menu that offers reinterpretations of traditional dishes, the result of the experience of "traveling cuisine" (for example ravioli carbonara). Excellent for a lunch (with interesting prices for the area) or for a quick dinner. Reservation recommended.

Partiamo dal sorriso e dalla gentilezza dei ragazzi che lavorano in sala, incredibile!
Ho dato carta bianca alla cucina e non mi hanno deluso: due piatti uno più buono dell’altro, a partire dai falafel con spinacino, salsa yogurt e lemongrass, molto gustoso e fresco. A seguire dei ravioli ai funghi con crema di parmigiano e fondo di funghi INCREDIBILE, davvero!
Per concludere il primo dessert del locale, che avevano da quando il locale era un truck: una crema catalana rivista con croccante di mandorla e caffè sul fondo.
È stato un piacere, non vedo l’ora di tornarci
