I decided to celebrate my birthday with a seafood dinner. Despite being far from the sea, the fish was delicious, incredibly fresh, and cooked to perfection. I've since returned, and the meat menu and pizza are equally as good. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality. I absolutely recommend it.

Heading to Puglia, we stopped in Tricarico for a relaxing lunch break. The place was simple, quiet, fresh and very clean. We had a delicious cream of broad beans with vegetables for an appetizer (delicious fresh bread made locally), tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and an exquisite sliced ​​veal. The almond and berry semifreddo was also delicious. At the end of lunch, the owner also gave us some fresh water for the journey, which turned out to be providential given the 42 degrees in Basilicata and an accident that extended the journey.
