After a 5 hour walk around the "excavations" we stopped in this nice restaurant to refresh ourselves. Nice environment, excellent food. The "Zi Caterina" spaghetti in particular is to be praised!

Quite efficient and nice service, although busy and you need to take care of yourself. This is my second visit to Italy after several years, so I don't know what the standards are. The food was good, although I would prefer it if my wife cooked, and I like going to restaurants to try other cuisines. The stars are given in relation to other places we have visited here (in Italy - a tour around the country) (although we look for them while walking, not on smartphones). Comparing it to other European countries (even comparable Spain or our neighbors across the Adriatic - Croatia, or Slovenia, I would have to subtract at least one star.

We went today for both lunch and dinner!
Super lunch with mixed seafood starter, super good and plentiful.
First courses: two prawn and lemon risottos and a pasta with Genoese pesto (and we are Genoese)
All superb
As a second course we made a fish fry with squid and prawns
This too is delicious, light and filling.
Pizza is a must in the evening: this one is also delicious!
If you are in Pompeii super recommended!

We received 3 menus, a pizza menu, a menu menu and a variety menu, divided into seafood and meat. However, no drinks menu! We were told there is Coke, Fanta and Sprite and if the food comes before the drinks (Coke and Sprite) it says it all from the service!
However, the ravioli were super tasty, but the spaghetti was not al dente

Ristorante eccellente, cibo raffinato con ottimi prodotti freschi e di stagione servizio accurato e pulizia nei servizi , non posso lamentarmi in niente , conto in regola con quello che consumi , ci ritorneremo molto volentieri .

Menù fisso di pesce a 25 euro: piccolo antipasto, risotto ai gamberi, frittura mista con insalatina,pane e una bottiglia di acqua. Non ci siamo alzati affamati, ma se nel menù c fosse stato almeno un caffè o un sorbetto sarebbe stato completo.
