We found this trattoria thanks to a recommendation from Anna, an employee at Bar Mon Amour in Aprilia. We found it to be a very welcoming, quiet place, with kind, helpful, and smiling staff. The dishes we chose were sublime: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, fettuccine with artichoke cream, and pasta with provola and potatoes. What can I say about the grilled chicken breast accompanied by boiled potatoes...delicious! To finish, the black truffle ice cream...my mouth is still watering!! And the price??? Go and tell me. Every time I go to Aprilia, I'll have no doubts: I'll have lunch at Uncle Armando's ❤️
