The Zhen restaurant in Milan in Viale Umbria was a pleasant discovery for me and my girlfriend. We decided to try their all you can eat fusion cuisine and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the dishes offered. We tried a bit of everything, from sushi to Chinese and Japanese specialities, and I have to say that everything was really good and well presented. The flavors were balanced and authentic, and you could sense the chef's attention to detail. But what really made our experience at Zhen Restaurant special was the staff. They demonstrated an uncommon friendliness and professionalism, especially Lisseth, making us feel truly welcome and pampered throughout the dinner. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Zhen restaurant to all those who wish to try high quality all you can eat fusion cuisine, in a welcoming environment and with impeccable service. Entrato per caso, visto che mi trovavo in zona, mi sono sentito catapultato nei mitici anni 90 sia per l’arredo che per il menù. I piatti sono quasi tutti con lo stesso sapore piatto coperto da una salsa di soia molto salata, il sashimi ( nulla di eccezionale a mio parere ) il sapore che ti lascia in bocca e quasi metallico. Attenzione all inganno del menù perché su quattro piatti proposti ne può scegliere solo 2 diciamo che come esposto sul menù non è molto chiaro… a mio parere le materie prime usate non sono di ottima qualità, purtroppo si ha questa convinzione che pagando poco ( menù pranzo 16 euro) si debba mangiare in modo mediocre. Comunque suggerirei di svecchiare il menù essendo nel 2024 e di investire di più nulle materie prime e nella sua preparazione ( trovate scaglie nella mia tartare ). Nel complesso voto 5 1/2

Tutto molto buono ma si sono dimenticati il piatto Gamberi con Bambù e Funghi..
