zero zero grano was a cute restaurant. it’s small and intimate. the service was good, and wine selection limited. we chose this restaurant specifically because my boyfriend is celiac. the warm bread was good, but we also got the bruschetta, meatballs, and a pasta dish. the bruschetta was flavorful but very burnt, the meatballs were raw in center, and the pasta was a little too undercooked to be considered al dente. i’m not sure if we just went on an off night, but i’m not sure i would return based on this experience. wine was good though!
if you do not speak italian, just note that the servers speak limited english, although this was not an issue.

Nice little place. Everything gluten free. Unfortunately extremely overpriced for what it is. Not sure whether it’s because it’s targeting tourists or just charging 3x for gluten free stuff.

Great food. Excellent welcome. Highly recommended. I have read some critical reviews regarding the price. In reality it is not at all more expensive than an average restaurant and instead this is an excellent restaurant. Furthermore, from direct experience, I can say that the price of quality gluten-free materials has a huge impact

Entirely gluten free restaurant with an interesting alternative menu, although with slightly high prices despite everything being gluten free. Slightly isolated location and small, but well-kept room. The gluten-free bread made by them is excellent (I recommend tasting it with the oil found on the table). The quality of the food is excellent and it is also cooked very well. Definitely recommended if you have celiac disease

Everything is delicious, but the portions are small and the bill is very high.... My second course was two morsels… extra bread for a fee…. 🤷♂️

If you are looking for good gluten free food, this is the place in Naples. It's expensive, yes! But it's worth its price. The dishes are all delicious. It is not a trattoria, it is a small gluten-free gourmet restaurant.
