ZEN Sushi In Gorlago

The place was nice but the inside was very dark and the outside was in a quite dirty gazebo. The food was good, the plating left something to be desired, the gunkan rice got hot and fell apart. The waitress was very kind and witty at the right point, good. The thing that disappointed me, however, was the sashimi, cut perfectly but tasteless The best dish was absolutely the miso soup, delicious

I often go to eat at this restaurant and the experience is very pleasant! The fish is very fresh, the dishes are studied down to the smallest detail and there is a lot of variety on the menu, with original proposals in addition to the classic rolls and sashimi. The staff is very kind and always attentive, ready to give advice on dishes and pairings. The environment is quiet and very welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Excellent value for money, I will definitely be back! If you love sushi and, as the name of the place says, "zen", or awareness of the present moment, you will like this place.

Excellent sushi restaurant, probably the best in the area. Fresh fish, well-balanced flavors of the dishes and a welcoming and peaceful environment. The salmon tartare is truly exquisite. Very recommended.
