We ate here for the first time and we ate well but in the place there was a smell of too heavy food and fried food, as soon as we got home I had to wash my clothes. It was also difficult to enjoy the dishes and the wine due to the smell in which you were immersed. For a place with good cuisine, this aspect should be given more attention, it's a shame.

Fantastic experience in Modena!
The place is very welcoming but elegant, with light background music that makes the meal truly pleasant, the service is kind and not hasty, the menu is complete offering a wide choice of typical dishes from the area and more modern reinterpretations, creating an excellent combination .
We tried the tigelle and fried gnocco appetizer, with some cured meats and accompaniments, the fried gnocco was spectacular!
The risotto is also excellent, with its combinations changing daily.
We ended our lunch with dessert and coffee (accompanied by delicious biscuits).
An experience to absolutely repeat, if you pass through Modena, highly recommended!

Yesterday my husband and I ate in this small tavern in the center of Modena, Davide (a splendid, empathetic and very nice person) welcomed us and made us feel at home. Excellent food and wine, generous portions, a must-see if you come to Modena. A cuddle for body and soul,

Il voto è assolutamente meritato perché l’ambiente è molto piacevole e il personale gentilissimo. Tortelli dal grande equilibrio con salsa di noci, parmigiana gustosa e tagliere, stracchino e friggione con tigelle e gnocco da oscar. Il prezzo? PERFETTO!!!

Ormai siamo “di casa” e questo non solo per i piatti, curati e molto appetitosi, non solo per l’ambiente, piccolo ma ben curato e elegantemente allestito, ma soprattutto per l’amore per il proprio lavoro che Davide e staff fanno trasparire. E diverse volte si crea proprio un clima familiare tra i tavoli che unito all’ottima cucina fa sì che ci si senta a casa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
