The food is very tasty, but the experience is uncomfortable. The chef is not welcoming, he reads the menu to you in a hurry, expecting you to have already made your decision in half a second. If you asked him to repeat the explanation, the chef would roll his eyes. It seemed forced to order the first course, second course and dessert. We asked to take a picture of the wine label, because we liked it a lot. We asked the chef's mother, who seemed a little more friendly. We received a resounding "no", without explanation. But the food is tasty. The experience, overall, however, is hostile. The pear capelletti is a highlight, very tasty.

Michelin and Bib Gourmand restaurant!
Although I didn't make a reservation, the restaurant didn't open at opening time, so I was drinking wine and taking a break at the restaurant across the street, when it opened about 10 minutes later.
The service was very attentive, with the server holding a blackboard and explaining each dish, including primo and second.
First of all, the ricotta cheese and truffle ravioli had a classic Italian flavor and was fragrant and delicious.
Next, I ordered the stewed beef wrapped in vegetables, and the red wine-based sauce had a strong celery aroma, which was great to my liking.
The dolce had a pleasant orange flavor, and although it was relatively large, it was edible.
It's a little far from the center, but it's quiet.
I think it's a good shop to stop by on your way to sightseeing, as it's close to Ponte Vecchio.

Andiamo in gastronomia, ma a cena. Immaginatevi il bancone di una gastronomia circondato da una libreria di bottiglie. Il titolare al centro che racconta il menu e la madre che orchestra in cucina rivisitazioni gourmet dai sapori toscani. Paste fresche, secondi stufati e rielaborati, dessert homemade. Locale innovativo, intimo, anche se conviviale con pochi coperti. Un'esperienza singolare sotto il Forte Belvedere per turisti e non. Non adatto a commensali frettolosi.

Ottimo cibo accompagnato da un ottimo servizio, lo chef e la mamma molto educati e cordiali.
Format diverso da solito ma molto apprezzato, più conviviale, super consigliato.
Quando tornerò a Firenze verrò nuovamente in questo locale.
