Excellent quality products but unfortunately I don't feel like giving 5 stars because the experience in the store was ruined by an unprofessional atmosphere. During my visit I noticed a member of staff who addressed colleagues in a hasty and disrespectful tone, even in the presence of customers. A behavior that leaves one perplexed, especially because the work environment should convey collaboration and cordiality. I hope that the management pays attention to these aspects, because the quality of the service also depends on the internal climate that is immediately perceived, even from the outside.

The best pizzas in Milan... without a doubt and the focaccias and other focaccias are also delicious. For a few years now, when I want pizzas or focaccia or have to take them to some party... well, I definitely go to Zanotti..

05/10/2025: My heart is in gelato! I can only say that the "pistachio spread" gelato flavor is pure indulgence. The guy not only filled the cone with pistachio cream, so it was completely filled to the top with gelato, but he also added it on top of the other two flavors, for a gelato that was not only large, but enormous (€5)!! We also tried other flavors and they are truly exceptional! Any excuse to go home will be a good one. Unfortunately, we didn't take photos; we were too busy enjoying the gelato 🥰
04/10/2025: Delicious ice cream and generous portions. We'll definitely be back!

Regarding paella, in Spanish tradition, it's normal for a light crust called "socarrat" to form on the bottom of the dish, considered a real plus to the dish and not a flaw. This layer gives the characteristic and unique flavor that makes paella authentic. Regarding children's pasta, the menu often offers simple options to please the little ones, and I'm surprised by your comment about the sauce, which is usually made fresh and with quality ingredients. Regarding the price of paella, I agree that it's a dish designed for at least two people, as indicated on the menu, and I personally believe the quality and quantity justify the price. Finally, I'm sorry about the experience with the sangria, but I hope it was an isolated incident and not representative of the overall quality of the place. In any case, I encourage you to give this place another chance; I think it deserves to be discovered with an open mind.
