A Calvisano per un raduno di pescatori, in una dozzina, grazie alle indicazioni di TripAdvisor abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo locale.
L’arredamento ti accoglie con un certo sapore di tempo passato.
Ottima la gestione delle sorelle sia in cucina che al tavolo.
Le numerose proposte di primi sono tutte basate su pasta fatta in casa, personalmente la mia scelta è caduta su eccellenti tagliatelle con salmi di lepre.
Trovandoci nella terra del miglior storione d’allevamento europeo, la scelta successiva, non poteva non cadere sul carpaccio di storione.
Il conto è corretto, calcolando la qualità delle materie prime e del sapiente trattamento in cucina.

Rustic trattoria like those of the past, we had lunch with relatives and they brought us tortelli (two types, spinach and pumpkin) as a first course and braised cheek as a second course. The cheek was very soft, with the polenta it was his death. The tortelli were good, although I prefer the pasta a little thicker, but they were still delicious. Among the wines, I found the white clearly superior to the red. For dessert there was the sbrisolona, unfortunately that didn't convince me much... A shame! For the rest excellent, I will definitely return.

Very authentic place, historic trattoria, kind and complete service, we ate well and even had an encore, and then concluded with a nice dessert, highly recommended...
