Secondly, the lady at the checkout is a person who is working without other support clerks, managing a considerable number of customers. He probably considered, at the time, that he could do without the theater of coaxing customers. The reason? Perhaps because its customers know that the prices are honest and the food is good. Maybe because she is the owner and does what she wants. I thought that when choosing a service of this type (I repeat: rotisserie) the parameters should be different (quality of raw materials, expense, speed). You can go and complain about the smiles or otherwise of the waiters and the like in the multi-starred restaurant. But in a rotisserie... It takes courage, in short.
