Yume Sushi & Grill In Perugia

A very nice and cozy place with good service even though we sometimes exchange guests' orders with other tables. The food is good and the fish (salmon sashimi) is very good!

Year after year they get better and better, and right now I can only recommend trying the experience at least once. The venue is very large and there are plenty of parking spaces, so it is ideal for birthdays and company dinners. Very friendly and smiling staff, with an overall well-stocked menu and it is also possible to order via your smartphone (they are the only ones to do so). Starters, first courses and sushi quite good, second courses with prawns to be improved (it has always been their Achilles heel). Average quality and satiety. Nice all you can eat sushi place, lunch menu every day at €16.90, one of the cheapest in Perugia. The quality of the cuisine has really improved so much so that it has become, in my opinion, the best in the city. You don't get too lost in sauces and virtuosity without substance (as many well-known and highly appreciated all-you-can-eats do in Perugia) but the cuisine is delicate and of high quality. In particular, there is no exaggeration with the rice, the uramaki preparations are well made, not coarse and the tempuras are clear. Excellent that there is also vegetable tempura but above all excellent the presence of grilled fish (teppanyaki) which the other all you can eats have generally reserved only for dinner. The only note is the courtesy of the lady who manages everything... if she were a little kinder she would definitely deserve 5 stars (she ordered us not to stain the tablecloth with markers while my son was drawing, among other things with washable markers... He only gives fortune cookies to children, adults have to ask for them and he's annoyed to give them to you, and in general he doesn't waste any courtesy towards customers... really a shame). Otherwise good restaurant.
