Very nice, I've never been there before, and the staff explained how it works, and the food was fantastic, and the ramen was delicious. At the end, they gave us fortune cookies, too nice.

I've been to this restaurant and want to be honest in my review. At first, we had an unpleasant experience due to the attitude of a non-Italian waitress who, when we asked for clarification on some issues, responded rudely. This episode made us seriously consider leaving. Fortunately, we were assisted by waiter Gianni, who, with great professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness, managed to change our minds. He helped us, offered advice, and made us feel truly at ease. Our sincere thanks go to him. Thanks to his intervention, we stayed and can say that the food was very good, and despite the chaos of the place, we ultimately had a good time.

14/06/2026: Terrible experience at lunch today! A relative wanted to celebrate his birthday by inviting us to lunch at the Via Belgio location. Some appetizers, like the eggplant rolls, were sour, as were some croquettes. The first courses tasted like slush, and in general, many dishes were left half-full because they were inedible. The cake cutting (the only truly good thing, because it was purchased elsewhere) was done in the next room when it could have been cut in a more "transparent" way at one of the empty tables next to our gazebo table... We didn't say anything to the birthday boy so as not to embarrass him. We told a waiter, but I'm afraid the owner still charged us as if everything had been fine... I definitely won't go again!
04/06/2026: Everything was perfect, the place was welcoming, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and the service was fast.
