It is really difficult to find something not to give five stars. Everything, absolutely everything, even the music deserves six. A cozy and refined location, in every detail. The excellent service not only makes you feel pampered from appetizer to dessert but can be a guide in appreciating and how to appreciate what is served to you. The quality of the products is excellent and the preparations are first a delight for the eyes and then for the palate. This first time we dedicated ourselves to fish with a small digression on meat with ravioli. Next time we will return to try the meat. What can I say, today we finally understood what it means to eat high-level sushi. Congratulations! You will see us again soon at your tables.

This is the second time I've come to dinner here with my boyfriend. It had already impressed us, which is why we chose to return, but this time it exceeded our expectations. Staff who manage to put you at ease straight away, as well as being very knowledgeable about the raw materials, preparations and Japanese culture.
Everything impeccable, elevated flavors that we have never found in any other typical Japanese restaurant here in Puglia.
The prices are definitely justified by the quality of the product they sell. We also recommend trying the dishes that are available to order at the time of booking.

We went for dinner last night... Very high quality of raw materials, refinement in flavours, mastery in preparation. We have always eaten quality sushi and we have also been to Japan but this was among the best dinners ever. The girl who served us was very kind and very prepared in answering our curiosities

Qualità del pesce crudo incredibile, porzioni ottime e servizio ben curato nei dettagli.
Mi sono alzato dal tavolo che ero abbastanza pieno.
