Recommended! We had dinner at this restaurant to relive the emotions we felt in Japan. What can I say, expectations confirmed. Delicious dishes prepared with care and attention. Worthy of note are the wagyu bacon and the bluefin carpaccio. We tried some special preparations such as the cbt octopus and the scallop that really amazed me. Fair price all in all considering the rarity of the products. The only negative flaw is the rice, that evening perhaps they had cooked it wrong but it was sticky and the grain was flaky, a shame because it ruined the goodness of the raw material such as hosomaki and nigiri. Sesame dessert, delicious! For the rest not bad, approved!

Great place to try real Japanese cuisine. From the moment you enter, they give you an immersive experience of traditional oriental cuisine, complete with setting and explanation of the dishes. Vast menu, there is the option to taste the wagyu meat but only by reservation. We took the 6-course gourmet menu, with the addition of dessert and water, we paid €120 for two.

Unfortunately, I have never been to Japan, being with Yuki, I am convinced that it will be exactly the same in Japan 🙂 Great food, fresh and tasteful a 10+! Great team that enjoys and values ​​the customer. Thanks to super nice Serena😘

We went to this restaurant last night, everything was delicious, the fish is the main subject of each course, absolutely not obvious. If I had to dot the i about the dishes, I would say that perhaps the quantity of rice was a little excessive compared to the fish slice in the nigiri and almost covered the flavor. But what can I say; for the rest everything perfect! Exquisite atmosphere, food and staff, we will be back!

Nos alojamos en Ostuni y estábamos decididos a ir a este restaurante japonés. Fue tan bueno y tan vale la pena el viaje. Todos los ingredientes eran súper frescos y el personal era increíble. Ojalá estuviéramos más cerca para poder comer allí todas las noches. Si te gusta el japonés no busques más. ¡Tienes que reservar! Es súper pequeño, así que asegúrese de hacer una reserva!

I went to eat last night with my wife, a very good experience, highly recommended. During dinner we read the reviews out of curiosity (we are always curious about the topic, as we own a restaurant ourselves). The 1 star reviews made us smile a lot. After yesterday's dinner, and being in the profession, we believe we can say that anyone who leaves 1 star for a place like this hasn't understood shit. I had dinner at this restaurant last week, but the experience was disappointing. The dish combinations were not very original, not up to expectations. Furthermore, we suffered from the cold inside the restaurant, making the meal less pleasant. The service was quite slow, with long waits between courses. There is definitely room for improvement.
