11/01/2025: Reservation via Deliveroo taken care of even though the restaurant was CLOSED, for the evening of 1 January 25. The order goes through anyway and he tells me that delivery is scheduled for the following day. From there a paradoxical and very unpleasant process begins. I try in every way immediately to cancel, modify, contact... nothing to do, the app says that it is impossible to cancel or modify. I try again a thousand times the following day, nothing, the app is blocked and continues to deny cancellation or modification, the restaurant does not answer both landline and mobile phones, I write using the form on the restaurant's website, nothing. The rider shows up at around 1pm on January 2nd, I send him back. Obviously no one knows how to do it, in the meantime I spent 78 euros and earned a nice profit.
