Excellent service, the waiters were available to answer any questions and were very professional, the atmosphere was clean. The food, nothing to complain about, was very good, the fish was fresh. I'll definitely be back, I highly recommend it.

Edit: We returned after two years, and I feel compelled to correct my previous review, as my experience was very different from the previous one. First of all, you can clearly see how much the staff cares about providing you with a great experience. The food was all very good. Furthermore, we were there on a Friday, which was the night of the prize draw, and I won a free dinner. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone! Previous: The food was good, but the wait for my dishes was endless. The place slowly filled up, and the wait grew longer. There were few kitchen and waiter staff. I still haven't figured out whether my order had finished arriving or something else was due, but I got tired of waiting and went to pay. After the restaurant reopened for a long period of local restoration, the price increased, but the service is unacceptable to me. I personally won't be returning, even though the food was good.

The eco-friendly property offers every comfort and immediately conveys a sense of harmony with nature. The cuisine is impeccable: organic, wholesome, and completely vegan, with gluten-free options available. The chef is always ready to satisfy every need, with great attention and availability. One detail we loved was the little touches in the room: homemade water kefir in the mini-bar, herbal teas, and vegan biscotti—a real treat that made us feel even more pampered. A special thank you goes to Letizia, a true angel. She took care of us and our daughter while we enjoyed the private spa, making us feel at home and pampered at all times, always present but never intrusive. It's a place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, perfect for those who want to regenerate and enjoy an authentic and mindful experience. We'll definitely be back! 🌿✨

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially Agnese, who was truly homely. The service was truly honest. Our favorite place in Macerata. By distance. Thanks to Agnese and all the staff.
