The breakfast tofu is made from pickled mustard, the scallion pancakes are oily, the xiaolongbao is soft and chewy, but the filling is relatively small, and the tea eggs are also good.

It was a great experience in every respect. Both for the food and for the atmosphere and for the place.

Very good food, I would go back for sure! I really liked the stewed aubergines and the bacon stew, recommended. The place is small but we found a seat at 12:00.

The Dumplings

23/05/2025: A gem in the middle of commercial premises, More space for quality rather than quantity, excellent selection of beverages and food Service and welcome doc from the Host Giuseppe. We will definitely be back!
11/05/2025: I’ve been passing by this place for about a year, debating whether or not to give it a try. I finally did, and I regret it. I should’ve trusted my instincts. I’m not a tourist—I’m an American who’s been living in Italy for seven years with perfect Italian. I came in for a quick bite, and the waitress was cold, though the overall service was okay. But then the shrimp dumplings arrived… it was like they just put the shrimp inside the wrappers. I get that it’s simple, but when you go out to eat, you’re paying for more than just the food—you’re paying for the experience, the presentation, everything. Honestly, I could’ve made this at home. Future Americans, if you want to be treated well and actually get your money’s worth, go somewhere else. This is just not the place for you.
