Great pizza & pasta & also for groups, service very fast!

We were completely satisfied – everything was top-notch! The pizza was delicious, and the pasta with truffle sauce was simply outstanding. The only thing was that the bench was a bit uncomfortable; the seating was a bit too straight. Otherwise, we can highly recommend this restaurant!

I searched for "Fancy Restaurant" and found it. I told them I wasn't having a full meal, just dessert. The tiramisu-flavored cappuccino was delicious, but the service wasn't very friendly.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it was a real hit: the Yellow Bar! Highly recommended – good, welcoming, and with traditional craftsmanship in the kitchen! If you want to experience truly authentic local cuisine, this is the place for you. It's been run by locals for decades. You're greeted in Italian, which is unfortunately almost never the case in other restaurants in such a special Italian city as Florence. When I read some of the previous reviews, I just shook my head! The bench was uncomfortable (please... no long-term vacation)... the bruschetta was too oily... (goodness, thankfully it doesn't taste like it does in Germany :))) ).

In a tourist destination, finding someone so kind, attentive, and welcoming is rare. She served us with a constant smile and a willingness to help that made each meal not only a culinary pleasure but also a moment of true relaxation. ​In summary: Excellent prices for the central location, a family atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and divine food. A must-see in Florence: Absolute Quality and Legendary Service (Thanks, Sergio!) We've been to the Yellow Bar 5 times. Absolutely guaranteed! ​Food: Authentic Tuscan cuisine. Fresh pasta (the duck tagliatelle is a must-try), perfectly cooked meats (the steak!). Excellent appetizers and thin-crust pizza. Complete wine list. ​Location: Right in the city center, historic atmosphere, lively and spotlessly clean. Ideal for families. ​Prices: Excellent value. ​The service is top notch: the entire staff is welcoming, but an honorable mention goes to Sergio. He's an exceptional person who always serves you with a smile, courtesy, and rare kindness. His professionalism makes you feel at home and turns dinner into a fantastic experience. ​I can't wait to return!
