Restaurant recommended by the guides, good food, excellent service and very centrally located.

Our friends arrived separately from us and were recommended Yellow Door by their tassista for our large group of four adults and three children. He called and made a reservation on our behalf with the manager, Simon, who promptly set us up with a table within an hour of making the reservation. The entire staff was friendly and took incredible care of us. However, special thanks goes to our server, Guiditta, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with our group of two families. She made great recommendations and we left feeling taken care of and appreciative of her attention to our table—as well as genuinely enjoying our conversation with her beyond her service. Florence always gets it right on the hospitality front, but I can’t imagine a better experience for a larger party and last-minute reservation. Well exceeded any expectations. Well done, Yellow Bar. We look forward to our return!

We went for dinner with the family. We ordered pizza, duck pasta, and an Apple pie. The pizza was amazing, and the Passat pie was also a small portion. The Apple pie tasted perfect.

I went there while traveling. When I entered the restaurant, the signal was poor and I was worried that I couldn't use the translation service, but an elderly waiter explained the dishes to me in broken Japanese, which I was very impressed with!

We were walking around and decided to stop for lunch somewhere when we happened upon this wonderful restaurant. It was very quiet inside with plentiful seating but certainly hosted many guests while we dined. We had a couple of glasses of wine, a pizza, and the best pear ravioli I've had here. Honestly, the ravioli was one of the most memorable and delicious dishes I've had anywhere in the world. The service was great, very kind, and efficient!

A historic venue in Florence, the atmosphere is refined and welcoming, the food and drinks are top-notch, and the wine selection is expertly curated and includes the finest wines from Tuscany and beyond. The desserts are homemade, and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The owner is the most honest and respectful person I've ever met. A beautiful venue filled with extraordinary and wonderful people.

Excellent food and service. We were warmly welcomed, in spite of obviously being tourists. A restaurant we will happily patronize again.

Visiting Florence from Trentino, we had lunch here on Saturday and Sunday and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

The owner, Simone, is a young and talented guy, as are all the staff. I especially recommend the homemade pasta and the very light pizza.
