We actually dined here twice while in Florence because it was so good. It was the best seafood we had. Great menu with delicious options for everyone. If we visit Florence again, Yellow Bar is on the list.

I ended up here by recommendation of our host at the place we were staying, and definitely loved it! This is the best lasagna I’ve tried so far! And I’ve been to other places in Italy, can’t wait to go back.

We went there for their gnocchi with Gorgonzola, but unfortunately it’s not on the menu anymore. It was one of my favorite dishes in Firenze 10 years ago. I’d been dreaming about that dish for years and my anticipation grew even stronger when deciding to return to Firenze. So my review might be a little jaded. Being as hungry as we were we ordered a pizza with salami. Turns out the salami was cut up pieces of hotdog. Very off putting. The waitress was nice enough. The atmosphere is welcoming and the prices are competitive. I’d keep looking around if you have the time. Check out the area around basilica Santo spirito.

A wonderful evening, a beautiful and very welcoming atmosphere. We celebrated our birthday and were treated impeccably. Highly recommended. Special mention for waiter Niccolò Ferrari.

Fun place, good food, but clearly a tourist eatery. The pasta was very good and the prices were in line with other places nearby. Service was fine but slow. We will try somewhere else next time we're in Firenze, not because Yellow Bar was bad but we like exploring

We were completely satisfied – everything was top-notch! The pizza was delicious, and the pasta with truffle sauce was simply outstanding. The only thing was that the bench was a bit uncomfortable; the seating was a bit too straight. Otherwise, we can highly recommend this restaurant!

I searched for "Fancy Restaurant" and found it. I told them I wasn't having a full meal, just dessert. The tiramisu-flavored cappuccino was delicious, but the service wasn't very friendly.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it was a real hit: the Yellow Bar!
Highly recommended – good, welcoming, and with traditional craftsmanship in the kitchen! If you want to experience truly authentic local cuisine, this is the place for you. It's been run by locals for decades. You're greeted in Italian, which is unfortunately almost never the case in other restaurants in such a special Italian city as Florence.
When I read some of the previous reviews, I just shook my head! The bench was uncomfortable (please... no long-term vacation)... the bruschetta was too oily... (goodness, thankfully it doesn't taste like it does in Germany :))) ).
