Yasu Ramen In Roma

Last week I ate ramen in this place, I take advantage of this review to let the girl know that if I left most of the pasta it's not because I didn't like it, but because I'm just back from a week in Japan in which I ate ONLY ramen, but the flavor of the ramen at this restaurant is truly authentic, truly Japanese. Obviously the prices are higher than in Japan, but if you have to eat ramen I recommend this place, which among many is probably the one that deserves the most.

An experience not to be underestimated. Friendly staff, excellent food. For this small and charming place the rule of "don't judge a book by its cover" applies. We will be back soon.

È da tempo che io il mio ragazzo cerchiamo Il miglior ramen di Roma…. ne abbiamo girati davvero tanti, e da tempo dicevamo di voler provare yasu ramen per le tante e positive recensioni. Ad oggi possiamo dire che ogni recensione è assolutamente meritata, localino molto carino, abbastanza intimo, personale molto professionale e cordiale. Nessuno ramen è stato mai buono come quello di yasu ramen, attualmente il migliore provato a Roma, una vasta scelta, ramen tipici giapponesi molto più vicini alla loro tradizione piuttosto che i soliti ramen italianizzati (e anche molto belli esteticamente, facevano la loro figura!). Prezzi molto accessibili, dai 12 €, meno rispetto ai prezzi che si sentono in giro. Il ramen era molto saporito, ricco, e con gli accoppiamenti giusti, un piatto ricco e bilanciato che non ti lascia sicuramente a pancia vuota. Ci torneremo sicuramente con molto piacere.

Questa sera è la terza volta che ceno in questo angolo di Oriente❤️ Il cibo è squisito e particolare. Il ramen è curato in ogni dettaglio ed è un'esplosione di sapore. L'ambiente è pulitissimo e la cucina è a vista, la proprietaria è dolce e simpatica, ti spiega ogni piatto con estrema pazienza e cerca di capire i tuoi gusti così da poterti consigliare al meglio, la ragazza che lavora qui è super simpatica, i cani sono i benvenuti, ogni volta che porto il mio "Otto" senza neanche chiedere mi portano subito la ciotola con l'acqua.
