I believe that my vote is worth at least double if not triple compared to the passing tourist as I have been having lunch every day for about a year in this place that I can define as a pearl of our area.
There has not been ONE day in which I have not received top treatment, ONE day in which the dishes have been less cared for than other days, never.
I go, I am welcomed, I sit down and I am sure of eating healthy, fresh, with a cuisine that respects the seasonality of the products and the territory, with a service that is always cordial and friendly while always remaining more than professional.
Nothing to be surprised about, however, when you do your job with passion and dedication the results can only be excellent.
Chef Stefano deserves a special mention, every day he 'pulls out of his hat' dishes that are sometimes simpler and more concrete, sometimes more elaborate and risky, always managing to amaze you with how much can be told and made to travel through a dish... a dish that is as original as it is faithful to local tradition.
And what can I say about the staff: Paola, Ilaria, Andrea... who always stop to chat with us, even if the place is full. Then the guys in the dining room... Giulia, Sara, Alessio, without whom my lunch break would not be the same. Professional and polite, as well as extremely nice. They have the ability to make you feel at home, remembering your preferences, always... in this way you always feel pampered and spoiled.
And I assure you that this is absolutely not a given in other places.
Service times: impeccable and constant. It has never happened to have different waiting times for the same dish that perhaps you have ordered on other occasions, regardless of whether the restaurant is more or less crowded. This means only one thing: an organized kitchen and effective communication between the kitchen itself and the dining room, with a team that collaborates.
Quality of the dishes: I have already said that they are a strong point, but I also wanted to say a word about the consistency of the quality. How many times do you go to places where you eat well at alternate times... well, this does not happen at Perbellini. For example, I often order the sliced beef and I can assure you that every time it is soft, juicy, with that part of fat that I like so much and that makes it exquisite. Always cooked to perfection, tasty and in a generous portion. Really good.
I am not a cooking expert as I work in another sector, but I certainly know how to recognize when behind something apparently 'simple' there is actually great teamwork.
Well, the Perbellini bistro is exactly this: a great winning team.

Very attentive service, professional waiters and attentive to satisfy the customer's needs, very well-kept and comfortable environment, you really feel at ease! Refined and sophisticated food, quality wine list! We found unique hospitality! Thank you so much for putting all this love into your work!
