A very beautiful place with an atmosphere that is both intimate and contemporary. However, the tuna and avocado tartare lacked flavor, being simply chopped and then assembled. The oriental dessert surprised me because it was made from European pastries – maybe I misunderstood the concept? On the other hand, the service was generally satisfactory.

The restaurant inside is divided into two areas: one more elegant, intimate and chic, the other more modern and contemporary. We ate at the high tables overlooking the open kitchen. Overall positive experience, but I would like to return to eat in the more elegant area of ​​the restaurant. In any case, the menu is common to the entire restaurant and also offers various vegetarian options. All the vegetarian dishes are listed on the menu, and among the various proposals I recommend the "Mountain Egg" dish (potato foam, poached egg, flakes of Lessinia black truffle and hazelnut crumble).

Beautiful location! Special and well-executed dishes. One of the best raw fish eaten in Verona. I give three stars due to the very slow service. We sat down at 7.30pm to order at 8.15pm where we had repeatedly solicited the waiters. 45 minutes without anything to drink or eat... It's a shame that the service isn't up to par with the excellent cuisine and perhaps the overall price should take this into account.

I came here with my friend and let me tell you, the food was divine. We ordered the 24kt truffle pizza as an appetizer and it was the best pizza we had ever had. We ordered our main entrees which was the beef tartare and lobster pasta. Everything just melted in our mouths and the service along with the atmosphere was fantastic!

La location colpisce molto al primo impatto, con un design molto curato e scenografico. La combinazione di elementi moderni e industriali all'interno di un palazzo storico si rivela sempre una soluzione interessante, anche se le (tante) piante finte in plastica cozzano non poco con l'idea di eleganza che si vuole dare al resto dell'ambiente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, alcune portate sono state veramente eccellenti: gli abbinamenti degli ingredienti erano ben studiati e le materie prime di altissima qualità. Tuttavia, alcuni piatti, pur essendo buoni, non mi hanno impressionata particolarmente: in questi casi, sembrava che si puntasse più sull'effetto scenografico – come nel caso della mantecatura della paccherata al tavolo – piuttosto che su un gusto che lasciasse il segno. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: molto attento ai dettagli e con personale gentile e professionale. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva, con qualche spazio di miglioramento soprattutto nella parte gastronomica.

Uno dei migliori risotti all’Amarone di Verona! Delicato ma deciso, con sapori perfettamente bilanciati. Anche la selezione di formaggi è deliziosa e la presentazione dei piatti è un’opera d’arte. L’atmosfera è accogliente: tranquilla e rilassata la domenica a pranzo, mentre la sera diventa più elegante e raffinata. Un’esperienza davvero speciale!
