All you can eat with very good food and a great ambience. The little service robots with cat faces that sometimes bring food over are very nice. The food itself is very tasty and recommended. The price is not very cheap, but it is justified given the quality. You don't leave there hungry ☺️

Sakai, the Japanese restaurant in Viareggio, offers excellent quality food, with a variety of dishes that satisfied everyone. I went with my family (four children and three adults) at the end of August and, although we were very impressed by the freshness and goodness of the dishes, the service left something to be desired. One of the most frustrating aspects was the use of the digital menu, which proved to be not very intuitive and complicated to use. This slowed down our order and made the experience a little less pleasant. Furthermore, the service in general was quite slow. The place is very welcoming and well furnished, even though it is located off-centre from the heart of the city. This factor, combined with the prices, especially for children, left me with some doubts: given that the location is not central, one might expect more modest rates. One point that really amused the children was the robot serving the dishes, which stole the show a bit compared to the food. Ultimately, a positive experience from a culinary point of view, even if there is room for improvement regarding service and value for money.
