Yama Sushi Verona In Verona

I've been going to this place for 5 years and have always had a great experience. The quality-price ratio is absolutely reasonable, and the food is excellent. One of the best sushi-fusion restaurants I've ever tried, so much so that I return regularly and recommend it to anyone who asks. The menu is varied and full of creative options, allowing you to try new flavors. The rice portions are just the right amount, unlike some places that overdo it to fill your belly. Last year, they finally switched to 4 uramaki (instead of the standard 8), which in my opinion isn't an obvious choice, perhaps allowing you to try two different flavors in the same dinner or lunch. The only flaw, which is common among many restaurants of this type, is that the hot/cold/appetizer dishes, etc., arrive a bit randomly, so if you're someone who likes to eat in a certain order, I recommend sending them in batches. Orders are taken via the app, which is accessed via QR codes. This app is very popular, but it's very well done. (Although the QR code is a little tricky to scan, since it's on metal, haha.) Recommended restaurant; I'll definitely continue to go there.

All-you-can-eat dinner with friends. Good food, good service, although we had to wait 20 minutes for the last dish, which we ordered for the second time. The atmosphere is welcoming, although a bit too noisy for my taste; it's in a large, spacious room. BEWARE of the VERY VERY slippery bathroom floors... they should ban it, it's a safety concern!!!

All top. Lunch, all you can eat but organized in a delightful way, not the usual depressing buffet. Excellent food, delicious place, quiet, refined, excellent service, fast, kind. However, for the organization to order you need to have a cell phone with some energy, not flat. I will return.

Ero da sola in città a pranzo e avevo desiderio di cibo giapponese. Cibo ottimo, all you can eat ma organizzato in un modo molto bello, funzionale, veloce, pratico e senza assomigliare a una mensa aziendale o a un buffet di infimo grado. Locale raffinato e di gusto, servizio discreto, gentile veloce. Tornerò.
