Today we were craving fish: in Cuneo, we chose Piatti di Parola for the first time. The name chosen for this restaurant is perfect; in addition to the meticulously prepared plating, every bite of fish exuded authenticity and a truly unique balance of flavors. Went yesterday for the all-fried food evening. It wasn't my first time at Piatti di Parola, and the experience was excellent: both the quality of the food and the service. We had a great evening, thanks so much to the chef and the wait staff! We'll be back!
