An excellent dinner, whether you chose fish or meat. The quality of the ingredients is definitely above average. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Cuneo.

Looking for a good Italian restaurant by chance on the evening of August 15th for a second sitting in the evening. Surprised to be warmly welcomed and advised to be served with simply good dishes. Starter fritto rarely as good dish agnolloti sauce succulent skipped dessert no more room. Must visit 👌

My experience at Piatti di Parola was simply extraordinary, from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a very welcome courtesy: a plate to sample the classic Vitello Tonnato, prepared with balanced flavor and impeccable presentation. The bread service deserves special mention: all fresh, carefully crafted, and of excellent quality. Among the varieties, the traditional bread, the paprika bread, and the famous black bread stand out, all with a gourmet touch. The turnover is constant and plentiful, a sign of great customer service. For main courses, I enjoyed: • Ravioles della Val Varaita (homemade gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, with Alpine butter and hazelnuts) • Rack of lamb – succulent, perfectly roasted with thyme and rosemary, accompanied by baked potatoes. Each dish was elegantly presented, generously portioned, and perfectly cooked, demonstrating skill and passion for the kitchen. To accompany the meal, an excellent wine list with carefully curated selections perfectly complements the chef's creations. At the end of the meal, a further treat: typical Piedmontese desserts, offered as a courtesy, are all of the highest quality and faithful to local traditions. The atmosphere is welcoming and the owner is extremely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant also offers gluten-free and lactose-free options, so everyone can fully enjoy the culinary offerings. I highly recommend visiting Piatti di Parola—a place where quality, flavor, hospitality, and generosity go hand in hand. A must-see!

Everything was delicious. We chose not to order pasta. So we had an appetizer and a main course. What was missing? Bread, bread.

We went for dinner on Saturday evening for the first time and had seafood. What struck me was the intimate atmosphere, the tranquility of the district, and the kind, smiling, and professional staff. I didn't go all out with a 5-star rating for the food because it was our first time there, but what we tried was very good (two octopus appetizers, fettuccine alla pescatora, and sea bass), and you could taste the love put into the preparation. We also enjoyed the delicious entree and the homemade bread. The final bill was absolutely affordable, and we left satisfied and with the feeling we'll be back. Speaking of which: We'd also like the option of ordering cocktails and some lactose-free dessert options.

We've been to this restaurant several times and it's a real treat every time. Very pleasant service. Everything is made fresh, so there's a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it. 😍
