Very refined place. Small but welcoming. Attention to detail. All together creates a super atmosphere. The dishes are super well-prepared and really excellent. Generous portions. The bread and breadsticks were excellent. Handmade. The plin filled with swordfish were delicious. For dessert I chose the apple sorbet. One exquisite thing. Never eaten anything like it. It was a very delicate cream. Excellent! I recommend it and we will definitely be back. I give 4 stars only because the waitresses, very kind and super helpful, started petting a guest's dog. I hope at least for a hand wash before serving the dishes.. in any case a hair on the uniform can always remain... not very nice to see, for a classy restaurant.

Very good food, quick and concise service, excellent value for money, just the right portions that leave you feeling full, quality and above all taste sought after with particular but more than spot on combinations (squid stuffed with potato cream) more than recommended.

We stumbled upon this small but excellent fish restaurant by chance From the welcome entree to the small pastries offered by the house, they are really good Fried anchovies and mouth-watering seafood risotto Not to mention the service, super, kind and attentive Small place that could be improved in furnishings but very clean Adequate price Super recommended

Cozy and quiet place, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. Great for a romantic dinner. Every time the food is superb and is an explosion of flavors for the palate.

You have to go in person to try all the delicious food Beautiful venue Very clean environment. Very good food Excellent service. As soon as I can, I will return to enjoy their food. Always beautiful and modern in presenting each meal. Fair price for what you eat.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

16/06/2025: We only tasted the desserts and the ice cream, but since they were delicious and above all genuine we can't wait to taste the pizzas too!
10/06/2025: Delicious pizza (Gorgonzola and pear must try!! ), amazing white wine (the Favorita)! The place is nice and the service was great! thank you, we’ll come back!
