There was a problem with my check in due to problems with the airline, I go to check in and the departure worker starts with a pedantic attitude, I tell her the problem and she tells me that despite being at the check in place my company She is not interested in the airline because she works at the airport and tells me that I have to pay, she stops talking to me and tells me to go to the ticket office with her hand while she starts talking to the next passenger in line, very rude. The incredibly kind ticket guy solves the problem, tells us that we don't have to pay and makes the same lady give us the tickets without any additional fee. This happened on December 9 at check in A3 at 9:15 AM, corresponding to Ryan air, I hope action is taken

Report of disservice at the Turin Airport multi-storey car park
I would like to report an unpleasant situation experienced at the Turin Airport multi-storey car park, with the aim of suggesting an improvement in the service to prevent similar inconveniences in the future.
On December 4, 2024, at 10.25 pm, I went to the car park exit, exactly on time compared to my online booking (entry: 02/12/2024 5.00 am - exit: 04/12/2024 10 pm :30). To my amazement, I discovered that the ticket had expired and I was asked for an additional payment of 58 euros at the automatic pay station to be able to leave the car park.
When I contacted support, I was told that I had used a second ticket and that, according to them, the error was attributable to me. I was asked to pay again, leaving me even more shocked and distressed. Upon my arrival, however, the entrance barrier had automatically risen thanks to the reading of the license plate, and I had found a ticket already present in the column, which I extracted and carefully kept.
This unexpected event caused considerable inconvenience, as my travel companions, including a disabled person, were waiting for me in the arrivals area. The situation was resolved only thanks to the intervention of a service manager. After showing him the online purchase confirmation email with the booking details, he understood the problem and brilliantly resolved the issue, allowing me to leave without further charges.
Subsequently, I was contacted by telephone by the manager of the company sector, who, after apologizing for what had happened, explained to me that the car park has two lanes, each with specific methods of use. He kindly pointed out that, to avoid similar problems in the future, it would be important to follow the instructions indicated at the time of booking. I really appreciated his professionalism and the time he took to clarify the situation. "Errare humanum est" and I am grateful for his intervention, which demonstrates significant attention towards the customer and a commitment to improving the service.
This episode, despite having caused initial discomfort, highlighted the company's ability to manage and resolve problems with efficiency and transparency. I thank the staff who worked hard to find a solution and the manager for the clarification and apology, which I accepted with respect.
With the hope that the service can be further refined.

Clean, well organised, parking a little expensive, I would make some point to top up prepaid cards since airlines don't accept cash for any emergency unfortunately.

REVIEW UPDATE: Things are improving, finally. Now the Caselle airport, despite its small size, started to look like any other international airport, with some nice "local" touch. A different story is the actual flights offer from Torino, but this is not the airport's fault!
FIRST REVIEW: This airport (of my city!) is really, really bad. Services are bad, parking is even worse. Nobody's helpful and the security checks are medieval. Not a nice welcome to tourists and visitors. Sad.

Fine small airport, helpful staff, not so crowded like other Italian airports like in Bologna, Venice or Roma. Connection to city centre is easy with public transport like Flixbus. Like 20 to 30 min depending the traffic. Ok for 6 Euro if you buy return ticket too. Some shops, restaurants, enough toilettes. Security doesn't take too long only the flight companies have delays...
