Always nice and I prefer it without those damned tablets...

I went with my husband. We came here on vacation from the province of Pavia. We were a little hesitant given the reviews, but instead we found a lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. There were even dishes we've never encountered in our area. We couldn't help but compliment it. Five stars, well-deserved.

We entered at 8.15pm, the buffet food was almost completely absent, only 5 trays available out of 24. The name labels on the trays did not correspond to the type of food placed on the buffet. Regarding the conveyor belt of the sushi bowls, the lid was often missing. Some customers would pick up the bowl, remove the lid, smell it, and then put it back on the belt. Others, however, also placed empty bowls on the belt. I think those empty plates and those dishes without lids went around at least fifty times before any waiter noticed the problem. Unfortunately, some waiters of Indian nationality did not understand Italian and it was difficult to explain the problem. Only 30-40 minutes after entering the restaurant did they fill the buffet with the various trays that were previously absent. The price was around 25 euros per person. Personally I found better elsewhere. Restaurant tip: the waiters must be more present between the tables also because they have to collect the empty plates as per their instructions and above all explain how everything works (collection of the dirty plate, the bowls taken on the belt must not be put back up again, etc...); at least one waiter must know the Italian language. Furthermore, and very importantly, the restaurant must only be opened when everything is ready and not when the buffet or the conveyor belt is almost completely empty, forcing customers to wait 30-40 minutes.
