As for your assessment of the dangerousness of the situation, you can always go to the police station and explain why, despite "not being serious," a knife was then pulled on them and the cell phone and papers were stolen. In any case, the complaint has already been filed: if they come asking for the footage, it will clearly show shoving and the knife being used right in front of your premises. Since you're threatening legal action, you'll then have to explain why you claimed the review was completely unfounded. ;) I don't even feel the need to comment on the words about "smiling, fun-loving girls": you can always explain that to the patrol that was called by them as soon as we left your place, given the lack of support they offered (shall we check the time of the call?). Nor do I find it sensible to dwell on the "10 against 2" scenario, like in the best action movies. Unpretentious local pub, with old-school Rock and Metal. Friendly service and a nice selection of beers. We set here for a quick drink and would come back if we have the chance.

A nice place to sit away from the chaos at the other end of the Naviglio. Friendly staff and a good Guinness by Italian standards.
