Elegant and incredible service!! Our meal was wonderful and perfectly prepared. Our servers wine recommendation was spot on. Live entertainment. We truly enjoyed our meal!! They made a beautiful salad especially for me that wasn’t on the menu. Very personalized service!!

The free salmon tartare was great. My wife’s pasta w 🦞 also very good as was the scallops appetizer. But my main which was seafood risotto came out cold with raw mostly cuttlefish on top. Incredibly disappointing! The room & atmosphere is astounding. Yet, the description of this dish and what was served was terrible. They comped the dish. We stayed here before in 2019 and again for 5 nights in a massive suite. We will always stay at St Regis while in Firenze. We will not return here for dinner. BTW we are pescatarians and live on raw fish sashimi @ sushi bars in Hawaii. This plate was not described properly on the menu.

A wonderful experience for us. We had a wonderful meal in a wonderful place. Perfect service with very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Very good and very refined food. The environment was fabulous, also thanks to the pianist. We will definitely return

An aperitif to remember at the St. Regis in Florence! Last Monday, I had a truly unique experience in one of the most fascinating settings in the city. At the St. Regis, every detail speaks of elegance and tradition, but the real magical moment was the opening of the champagne with the saber: a scenographic gesture that made the aperitif even more special. Refined atmosphere, impeccable service and that feeling of experiencing a small timeless luxury. Thanks to Lorenzo B. for the welcome. No doubt the atmosphere is great. Excellent service. The interior decoration is classic. I enjoyed the appetitser a lot more than the main, beef tartare was exceptional and scallops were very well cooked.

Visitamos como pareja para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Qué súper lugar para ser justos a 900€ la noche por una habitación debería ser bueno, y lo es, solo estábamos allí para la cena. Yo diría que allí arriba con el Ritz y Savoy en Londres como una experiencia. Empezó con cócteles en el bar que a 24€ se sintió bien por el servicio y el ambiente, excelentes cócteles también. Amplia carta de vinos, precio de entrada 70€. Servicio impecable atento pero no dominante. Sin duda uno para una ocasión especial. Me encantó.

Awesome service and atmosphere. The waiters were so courteous. The food however for the price is subpar.. starters were nice but mains were a bit of let down as it lacked both flavour and quantity.

08/07/2025: I went there this morning to see a dear friend of mine, for a brunch together and to have a chat. I had never been there during the day and I have to say that, even though we are right in the historical and tourist center of Florence, unlike the evening you can strangely breathe a popular, quiet, calm atmosphere that allows you to chat and calmly enjoy the moment. We sat in the small outdoor area and had a great time. The service is attentive and fast in timing. Intrigued by the name of the dish I chose to have the punk chicken, and it was truly wonderful because the pieces of meat were very crunchy/punk and very tasty/punk. A good unfiltered Icnusa and a tasty schiacciata did the rest, accompanying our dishes, simple but very good. The quality of the food is good and the prices are average. I recommend it because it deserves it.
