WineBistro Gries 13 In Bolzano

We recently stayed at Bistro Gries 13 in Bolzano and were happily impressed by the dining experience offered by this restaurant/bistro/wine bar. The menu offers a variety of dishes that reflect the freshness and quality of the ingredients they use. I opted for one of their meat dishes (in addition to the first) and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise, the quality of the meat was excellent! I must also mention the staff at Bistro Gries 13, who were incredibly courteous and attentive throughout the dinner, demonstrating excellent knowledge of both the dishes and the wines, also considering the fact that it is a wine bar!

It was the first time I went there, and I will definitely be back... very welcoming place, well-groomed service. I took the bruschetta, the price was a little high because the bruschetta are "bruschettine", but I must say that the quality of the food and the service are excellent, so it makes up for the price. Very good wine, accompanied by some appetizers. See you soon!😁

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce e siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi. Piatti gustosi, con abbinamenti ricercati e studiati che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Si nota la passione per la ristorazione. Servizio impeccabile. Bravi 👏

Very satisfied. Cozy place and very friendly staff. Great skill from the chef, the food is really good. A plus is the possibility of eating outside overlooking the beautiful Gries square. We will definitely be back.

Great place, nice service, good food good wine. What more could you want? Parking in the parking garage just around the corner.

We reserved in advance by email and the communication was very professional. The welcome was very friendly and warm. The service lady gave us very good advice about wine and aperitifs. Today, on the advice of Judith from the Schmid Oberrautner winery, we had dinner at G13 Gries Winebistro. It was very good! Tasty dishes and a great choice of wine, mainly wines from Alto Adige. Very friendly service 😊
