I was there for lunch on Sunday. Kindness, quality of food are at home. Craft beer is a truly pleasant experience. I'll be back.

One of the best places in San Giorgio and its province. Excellent service, fresh and delicious food and excellent value for money. Welcoming environment, always clean and tidy. Delicious and above all artisanal beers. Absolutely coming back.

02/02/2025: All really very good, more than satisfactory quality. A special mention to the dining room staff, efficient and always available.
27/01/2025: Restaurant with ancient, traditional and very good flavours. A really nice place to enjoy our classic dishes that we have now forgotten. Meatballs with mushrooms and marinated anchovies are indisputably the best dishes! Very small location and full of pillars in the middle of the room, which does not make it safe in cases of emergency escape route, which needs to be reviewed. Some tables are located between two pillars and don't even have room to breathe. Super kindness of the waiters! Pizza ok overall but not great. Little parking outside. Advised.

08/12/2024: "Il Ghiottone" in Taranto is a restaurant that stands out for numerous aspects: welcoming, reserved and safe, but above all for the courtesy and reliability of the owners. Lucia and Osvaldo, young and passionate restaurateurs, undoubtedly deserve numerous awards. The cuisine, typically Apulian, offers delicious, abundant and always well presented menus, with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials. All at honest and competitive prices. A highly recommended and much appreciated place in Taranto.
